At the rear of the home, a spacious porch offers additional storage for beach gear and leads to an outdoor shower and grilling area—ideal for post-beach rinses and casual outdoor meals.

As soon as I stepped foot on the large cozy front porch I knew I wouldn't want to leave! Perfect spot for families with teens who want to roam. Food trucks and beach are steps away. Quiet, shaded street for the adults. Absolutely adorable.

We had a wonderful stay in Seaside at the Fleur de Lis! The location couldn't have been better. A short walk to the beach and the main square but the street is very quiet and open only to residential traffic which was nice. We loved all of the balconies including the screened-in porch and the yard was fenced in so it was great for a toddler. Property management was very responsive too when we had questions.

We had a wonderful stay at the Fleur de Lis cottage in Seaside for our 40th anniversary in April 2025. The architecture/design of the home is delightful, and we loved the unique staircase, with two ways of entering, a common middle section, and two ways of exiting. Everything about the home was exceptional, from the kitchen, to the dining and living rooms, to the bedrooms and bathrooms, to the upstairs sitting room. The front porch is a perfect place to sit with morning coffee, and the screened porch on the second floor was perfect for afternoon naps. The location of the home could not be more ideal, on a quiet street, but only a short walk to the central square, and only a short walk to the beach - using the neighborhood path on the west side of the house to access the private entrance at the E Ruskin Pavilion. And the added benefit of that neighborhood path is that it drops you right at the Black Bear Bread Co, with the best coffee (by far) in Seaside, plus amazing pastries (again, the best in town). Get there early to avoid the lines and before the pastries sell out!
