Recently remodeled, the home flows effortlessly between indoor and outdoor living with elegant French doors that open to fresh Gulf breezes and relaxed coastal living.

Main Level Living & Entertaining

The first floor is designed for gathering and connection. The living room features a plush sofa, two oversized club chairs, and a mounted flat-screen TV—perfect for movie nights after a day at the beach. Custom built-in bench seating frames the fireplace and leads into a charming dining nook that comfortably seats eight to ten guests.

The adjacent kitchen is both stylish and functional, equipped with sleek stone countertops, a large Sub-Zero refrigerator with water dispenser, stainless steel appliances, a four-burner gas cooktop, and ample cabinetry stocked with cookware for effortless meal preparation. A convenient half bath and a full-size stackable washer and dryer complete this level.

Peaceful Bedrooms & Private Retreats

Upstairs, the serene primary suite offers a king bed, private balcony, and a spa-like ensuite bath with dual marble vanities and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, custom cabinetry, a flat-screen TV, and its own ensuite bathroom with marble finishes and a tub/shower combination.

Down the hall, a charming bunk room provides two built-in twin bunk beds, comfortably sleeping four. A nearby full bathroom with dual vanities and a glass-enclosed shower serves this space with ease.

A spiral staircase leads to one of Frosted Orange’s most unique features—a light-filled loft retreat surrounded by windows and cozy seating. This versatile space doubles as an additional sleeping area with twin beds and a flat-screen TV. Step outside onto the private balcony for an evening drink, or climb the ship’s ladder to the rooftop sun deck, where chaise loungers invite you to soak in panoramic views of Seaside’s rooftops and treetops. Sunset here is nothing short of spectacular.

With its layered outdoor spaces, stylish interiors, and prime Seaside location, Frosted Orange delivers an unforgettable coastal escape designed for making lasting memories.

* 5 night minimum in Spring & Spring Break; 3 night minimum for Fall; 2 night minimum Winter.  Sat to Sat 7 night minimum Summer.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. 

* Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions. An additional $100 per day rental pet fee will be collected in addition to the flat $150 pet fee for three-bedroom homes. Pets will not be allowed on furniture. No pet over 40 lbs.
