The coral-colored exterior of the multi-story cottage at once welcomes guests with its engaging open-air porch (screens in pics have been removed) and private balconies. Newly remodeled, the spacious cottage blends its indoor and outdoor living space with the addition of French doors, providing the best of both worlds when it comes to a beach lifestyle.

The welcoming first level overflows with natural light, opening up to a large dining table with supplemental wrap-around seating and to a modernly appointed kitchen with abundant counter space and stainless steel appliances. A cozy fireplace adds to the appeal of the lower level while a half bath leads to a unique outdoor shower.

Leading upstairs, the second level boasts a peaceful primary suite, opening up directly to a private balcony and a luxurious primary bath, accented by a glass-enclosed shower and double vanities. Just down the hall dual built-in bunk beds, drawers and storage cubbies are ideal for families, while a queen-sized en suite and another hall bath provide plenty of privacy.

Take a spiral staircase up to one of the best-kept secrets of the ‘Frosted Orange’, a loft-style space surrounded by windows and plenty of seating. This intriguing space also doubles as a sleeping loft with twin beds and a flat screen television. Escape to another private balcony off this space or climb the short ladder staircase to the rooftop deck where you’re sure to be rewarded with outstanding Gulf views as you lounge in your own privacy, high above the treetops in magical Seaside.

This rental was perfect for our family getaway, exactly as described. It was tucked away in the back of Seaside very near green space for dog walking and well-appointed/maintained for all ages (they even had infant spoons, and a pack-n-play!). We thoroughly enjoyed the beach (Cabanaman chairs and umbrellas made for easy beach time with a toddler), the accessibility of Modica and Black Bear breakfasts, Bud-N-Alleys pizza/tacos, Dawsons fro-yo/fudge, Pickles (everything) for quick lunches, and fine dining (Surfing Deer, Cafe 30-A, Ambrosia for us this time - lots of options) for upscale dinners. Shopping was fun at a wide variety of walkable stores and the amphitheater green was great for burning off kid energy! October weather was perfect and Halloween trick-or-treating sponsored by the Central Square merchants included complementary photos, candy for the kids, and music! Sundog Books had superlative beach reads as well as an incredible browsing! Extensive biking options and loads of outdoor activities readily available. The management team stayed in touch but we never needed them because theyd already thought of everything! Would definitely recommend and will re-visit!

We love coming to Seaside and our experience staying at Frosted Orange never fails to be outstanding. The location is very convenient. There is a nice park nearby. Everything you could need is in the house. It is just a nice seamless experience so you can focus on relaxing and doing nothing but spending time with family. Property is always clean and property management very quick and responsive to any requests.

This was the 1st visit to Seaside for our family of 9. We had 7 adults and 2 children under 3 and all loved the vacation. There was plenty for all to do with a nice fitness center and tennis for adults and great pools and beach options for all. We will be back for sure!

This has been our favorite Seasode vacation rental yet. Its beautifully updated with perfect outdoor space. The street is tucked away and is perfect to play on with kids. Right next to the family pool and playground. This home was perfectly stocked for a family with kids. Cant wait to come back!

My family and I have vacationed in Seaside for almost 20 years. This is our second trip to Frosted Orange and it was just as amazing as the first.We love the location tucked back close to the pool and tennis facilities but still just a casual stroll to the beach and shops.The property is always clean and cozy. Love the screened in front porch and parking in the front and back is fantastic. Plenty of hot water for our family of 4. We will definitely return again!

This is a beautiful house, very roomy and well decorated with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. It's near the pool, fitness center and tennis courts, but not loud. An easy walk to the beach and to the center of town. Due to the home inspector being ill, it wasn't quite ready when we checked in (not restocked, etc), but they nicely made good on that, waiving the maintenance fee. A few small things need to be taken care of (lamps not working, etc, light bulbs out). One recommendation for the owner -- put dimmers on your lights in the main living areas (so bright!) and need more light in the master bath! But overall, a great house.
