Recently remodeled, the spacious layout seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor living through elegant French doors, creating the ultimate beachside lifestyle experience.

The first level offers open and inviting living spaces, designed for both comfort and connection. The living room features two large club chairs, a plush sofa, and a mounted flat-screen TV—ideal for cozy movie nights. Built-in custom bench seating flanks the fireplace, while a charming dining nook comfortably seats eight to ten guests. The adjacent modern kitchen includes sleek stone countertops, a large Sub-Zero refrigerator with water dispenser, stainless-steel appliances, a four-burner gas stove, and abundant built-in cabinetry stocked with cookware and essentials for family meals. A convenient half bath and a laundry closet with a full-size stackable washer and dryer complete this level.

Upstairs, the serene primary suite offers a king bed, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with dual marble vanities and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. Inside the tower sleeping loft, climb the ships ladder to the open air roof top deck complete with chaise loungers perfect for sunning. From this perch high above Seaside, take in breathtaking sunset views over the rooftops and treetops, enjoying your own private slice of coastal paradise.

* 5 night minimum in Spring & Spring Break; 3 night minimum for Fall; 2 night minimum Winter.  Sat to Sat 7 night minimum Summer.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. 

* Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions. An additional $100 per day rental pet fee will be collected in addition to the flat $150 pet fee for three-bedroom homes. Pets will not be allowed on furniture. No pet over 40 lbs.

Beautiful house in a very quiet part of Seaside. Perfect amount of room and the amenities were on-point. Easy access to everything. We could not have asked for more.

This rental was perfect for our family getaway, exactly as described. It was tucked away in the back of Seaside very near green space for dog walking and well-appointed/maintained for all ages (they even had infant spoons, and a pack-n-play!). We thoroughly enjoyed the beach (Cabanaman chairs and umbrellas made for easy beach time with a toddler), the accessibility of Modica and Black Bear breakfasts, Bud-N-Alleys pizza/tacos, Dawsons fro-yo/fudge, Pickles (everything) for quick lunches, and fine dining (Surfing Deer, Cafe 30-A, Ambrosia for us this time - lots of options) for upscale dinners. Shopping was fun at a wide variety of walkable stores and the amphitheater green was great for burning off kid energy! October weather was perfect and Halloween trick-or-treating sponsored by the Central Square merchants included complementary photos, candy for the kids, and music! Sundog Books had superlative beach reads as well as an incredible browsing! Extensive biking options and loads of outdoor activities readily available. The management team stayed in touch but we never needed them because theyd already thought of everything! Would definitely recommend and will re-visit!

This was the 1st visit to Seaside for our family of 9. We had 7 adults and 2 children under 3 and all loved the vacation. There was plenty for all to do with a nice fitness center and tennis for adults and great pools and beach options for all. We will be back for sure!
