This cheerful beach cottage, sitting on Butler Street, boasts three bedrooms, a central location, and is a quintessential Seaside, FL home that grants everything guests could desire for a prime stay in Seaside, Florida.

Arrive and park to spy an emerald green, inviting beach cottage, decked out with an open-air porch down, a backyard, and a relaxing balcony. The front porch has seating for four and overlooks a private fenced side yard, a good location for your morning coffee and conversation. Head inside to find an open, main level with living and a flatscreen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with bar top seating for three, next to a dining table for six and outdoor access to a covered porch with ample storage for all of your beach gear. There is a large rear deck with outdoor dining and seating for four adjacent to your charcoal grill; perfect for family meals in your backyard!

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: a large queen primary suite with its ensuite bathroom, a large closet, and its own private open-air porch that overlooks a tranquil yard space. The second bedroom features a double bed, access to a shared porch up, and a shared full bathroom. Wow - we absolutely loved Gentle Breeze and Seaside, Florida! This was our first time staying directly in Seaside and will not do it any other way going forward. We were so close to everything, we did not even get in our car one time. We loved the bikes that were provided and the welcome bag! The house itself was so pretty and comfortable! It was perfect for our family vacation! We will be back.
