This beautifully designed three-bedroom, three-bath home—never before rented—offers a refined yet relaxed atmosphere just 118 feet from the beach. Thoughtfully curated for families and groups of up to eight guests, Goodobbies blends classic Seaside charm with elevated comfort, creating the perfect setting for unforgettable beachside memories.

Outdoor Living & Coastal Comfort

From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed by a spacious wraparound screened porch, thoughtfully furnished with multiple seating areas and an outdoor dining space ideal for morning coffee or evening conversations. This inviting outdoor extension sets the tone for laid-back coastal living and seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

Main Living Spaces

Inside, the first floor opens to a bright and expansive living area designed for gathering and relaxation. Two plush sofas surround a large flat-screen TV, making it an ideal space for movie nights, game nights, or unwinding after a day at the beach. Adjacent is a generous dining area with seating for ten—perfect for shared meals or casual breakfasts before heading out for the day.

The adjacent media and entertaining area features a large plasma TV, Sonos sound bar, and a bar nook complete with a beverage refrigerator. Just beyond, the beautifully renovated kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances including a four-burner gas range with griddle, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, and an additional dining nook with seating for five.

First-Floor Bedrooms

The first floor offers two thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The bunk room, a favorite for families, sleeps four with two twin bunk beds and includes a workspace, ample custom storage, and a large flat-screen TV. A full bathroom with walk-in shower and single vanity is conveniently located nearby.

Across the hall, the second bedroom features a king bed, a cozy sitting area, workspace, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity—ideal for guests seeking comfort and privacy.

Primary Suite Retreat

The entire second floor is dedicated to the luxurious primary suite, offering a true retreat experience. This serene space includes a plush king bed, a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower, and dual vanities, creating a peaceful sanctuary after a day in the sun.

Tower Views & Outdoor Spaces

A hidden gem of the home is the third-level enclosed tower, where guests can enjoy panoramic views of Seaside and the Gulf of Mexico. Whether reading a book, sipping a cocktail, or watching the sunset, this space offers a truly special vantage point.

At the rear of the home, an open-air dining deck comfortably seats up to ten—perfect for al fresco dinners and evening gatherings. Additional conveniences include an outdoor shower and a full laundry room with washer and dryer on the main level.

For those needing extra space, there is a guest house on the property available for rent. Check out "Sunsets on Savannah," which accommodates four more guests. Experience the magic of Seaside, FL, in this unique beach bungalow!

* 5-night minimum Summer, Spring & Spring Break, 3 night minimum Fall, 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign the registration.

* Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions. An additional $100 per day rental pet fee will be collected in addition to the flat $150 pet fee for three-bedroom homes. Pets will not be allowed on furniture. No dog over 70 lbs.

Our family had a really great time in Seaside at the Goodobbies cottage. The home itself was comfortable, spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for our group of 8. We loved the location - and the bikes that were provided for us. We ventured out a bit but mostly walked everywhere we wanted to go. It was a great getaway and highly recommend Goodobbies for a wonderful accommodation!
