Welcome to your elegant retreat in the picturesque community of Seaside, Florida! This designer 3-bedroom, 3-bath beach home, never rented before, offers a warm atmosphere that embodies coastal living. Accommodating up to 8 guests, "Goodobbies" is perfect for families looking to make lasting memories, just 118 feet from the beach.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by a spacious, furnished wraparound screened porch, featuring a lounge area with three sofas and an outdoor dining space ideal for morning coffee or sunset conversations. The first floor opens to a generous living area designed for relaxation, with two comfortable sofas arranged around a large flat-screen TV and high ceilings—perfect for hosting game nights followed by charcuterie and wine, whether inside or out. Adjacent is a dining area that seats ten, and it is great for home-cooked meals or breakfast before a day at the beach. The media center includes a large plasma TV and a Sonos sound bar, complemented by a bar nook with a beverage fridge. Nearby, the beautifully renovated kitchen boasts top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a four-burner gas stove with a griddle and a spacious Sub-Zero fridge, along with a bonus dining area for five.

The first floor also features two bedrooms. The bunk room, a family favorite, comfortably sleeps four with two twin bunk beds, and includes a desk for remote work, ample custom storage for longer stays, and a large plasma TV. It has an updated full bath with a walk-in shower and a single vanity nearby. Across the hall, the second bedroom features a king bed, a seating area, desk space, and an ensuite full bath with a shower and single vanity.

On the second floor, you’ll find the luxurious king suite, designed as a private sanctuary. This spacious bedroom includes a plush king-sized bed and an ensuite full bath with a soaking tub, a separate shower, and double vanities, creating a spa-like experience.

The third level surprises with a private, enclosed tower featuring seating and stunning panoramic views of Seaside, FL, and the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. It’s the perfect place to relax with a book, sip a cocktail, or enjoy the breathtaking sunsets this charming town offers. At the back of the home, there’s an open-air dining deck with comfortable seating for up to ten. Additional features include a laundry room with a full washer and dryer on the first floor and an enclosed outdoor shower.

Our family had a really great time in Seaside at the Goodobbies cottage. The home itself was comfortable, spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for our group of 8. We loved the location - and the bikes that were provided for us. We ventured out a bit but mostly walked everywhere we wanted to go. It was a great getaway and highly recommend Goodobbies for a wonderful accommodation!
