Ideal for couples or small families, this thoughtfully designed retreat offers privacy, architectural distinction, and close proximity to Seaside’s world-class amenities—all just moments from the beach.

Private Entry & First-Floor Bedroom Retreat

Guests enter Gravy through a dedicated side entrance that opens into a welcoming foyer with a hall closet for added storage. On this level, you’ll find the serene primary bedroom, complete with a modern four-poster queen bed, built-in closets, and direct access to a charming screened-in front porch. Furnished with two classic rocking chairs, this porch is a peaceful spot for morning coffee or winding down with a glass of wine after a beach day.

Also on the first floor is a beautifully finished full bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower, heated floors, and a stacked washer and dryer seamlessly integrated into the design for added convenience.

Light-Filled Living & Custom Kitchen Upstairs

Upstairs, the cottage opens into a bright, open-concept living and kitchen space filled with natural light from walls of windows. The custom-designed kitchen features a large central counter with bar seating for two, serving as both a dining area and gathering space. Guests will enjoy all-new stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas cooktop, farmhouse sink, wine fridge, and drawer-style refrigerator and freezer—perfect for extended stays or relaxed coastal entertaining.

The adjacent living area offers comfortable seating and includes a queen sleeper sofa, allowing Gravy to comfortably accommodate up to four guests. Just off the living room, an open-air balcony with seating for two overlooks Forest Street, providing a front-row seat to the rhythm of Seaside life.

Loved everything about our stay at Gravy - especially the easy walking and biking proximity to everything Seaside has to offer (and fun bike trails behind WaterColor as well). Very clean and exactly as described. Would definitely rent here again.

This house was absolutely perfect for the 2 of us. Super cute and clean. The bed and bedding were super comfortable. Great pillows, mattress, and comforter. The management company was extremely responsive. Great location, close to the fitness center/pools and easy walk to the restaurants and ocean. Couldn't be happier!
