Welcome to Green Gables! This charming classic cottage in Seaside, FL, is located on the picturesque Forest Street, just a short walk from Seaside Avenue, the family park, and the community pool. With a prime location only a 5-minute stroll to beach access and the Seaside Amphitheater, you'll find over 35 shops and restaurants within easy reach of your front door!

Guests can park in the private lot and will be greeted by the bright green beach cottage surrounded by lush trees and greenery, creating a secluded atmosphere for your getaway. The private entrance leads into a furnished screened porch, featuring lounge seating for two, dual-facing benches, and an outdoor fan. This cozy porch, nestled between shaded front and back yard areas, provides a relaxing spot for morning coffee or evening conversations after a fun day at the beach. The backyard is equally enchanting, with more beautiful trees, an outdoor shower, and a walkway connecting the first-level queen room to the footpath behind the cottage.

Upon entering the first level, you'll find the queen bedroom to the left, complete with a window seat, flat-screen TV, ample storage, and double doors that lead to the backyard. This level also includes a full bath with a single vanity and shower.

Upstairs, the airy second level features high ceilings and a spacious living area to the right, equipped with a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating for everyone, plus a private Juliette balcony overlooking the backyard. Nearby is a dining area for three and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a four-burner electric stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and an under-counter fridge—everything you need to prepare meals after a long day at the beach. We cannot say enough great things about Green Gables in Seaside. It was so close to everything that we wanted to do - beach, shopping, restaurants. We didn't even need our car plus the rental came with two free bikes which were great for touring into the neighboring towns. The house was clean and comfortable, linens were great. Kitchen was well stocked to be able to cook meals at home but we loved the seaside restaurants too. We will definitely be back!
