Welcome to Green Gables! Our newest addition to the collection is this charming, classic cottage in Seaside, FL, situated on the picturesque Forest Street, just around the corner from Seaside Avenue, the family park, and the family pool. This prime location is a mere 5-minute walk to the beach access and the Seaside Amphitheater, where you’ll find over 35 shops and restaurants within walking distance from your front door!

Guests can arrive and park in private parking, where they’ll spot a bright green beach cottage surrounded by lush greenery and trees in the spacious yard, creating a secluded feel for your beach getaway. The private entry to the cottage is located within a furnished, screened front porch, complete with lounge seating for two, dual-facing benches, and an outdoor fan. This porch, nestled between shaded front and back yard areas, offers a private and relaxing space for morning coffee or evening chats after a wonderful day at the beach. The backyard features even more enchanting trees and greenery, an outdoor shower, and a walkway leading from the first-level queen room to the footpath behind the cottage.

Upon entering the first level, you’ll find the queen bedroom to the left, featuring a window seat, flat screen TV, ample storage space, and access to the backyard through double doors. This level also includes a full bath with a single vanity and shower. Upstairs, the airy, open second level boasts high ceilings and a generous living area to the right, with a flat-screen TV, seating for everyone, and a private Juliette balcony overlooking the backyard. Nearby, there is a dining area for three and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner electric stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, and an under-counter fridge—everything you need to prepare meals at home after long beach days. Off the kitchen, another Juliette balcony overlooks the charming and quiet Forest Street. Planning a getaway? Look no further than Green Gables!

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall. 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

We cannot say enough great things about Green Gables in Seaside. It was so close to everything that we wanted to do - beach, shopping, restaurants. We didn't even need our car plus the rental came with two free bikes which were great for touring into the neighboring towns. The house was clean and comfortable, linens were great. Kitchen was well stocked to be able to cook meals at home but we loved the seaside restaurants too. We will definitely be back!
