The delightfully charming ‘Greenback’ cottage provides just the right amount of space, with easy access to the beach or to the many offerings of nearby Town Square. The mint and white-framed exterior gives way to a 1-bedroom/1.5-bath unit, expertly designed. Add this to the enjoyable Bamboo flooring throughout, and the modern fixtures and features that work together to make this home a real treat for guests.

Easily accommodating a small family or a couple, ‘Greenback’ is the guesthouse to nearby ‘Greenpeace’, located just 3 houses to the beach. This cottage has a galley kitchen complete with a four-top stove and compact dishwasher. There is a modern living area with a flat-screen TV, a twin sleeper sofa, and a dining area for two. The queen-sized primary bedroom opens up to a balcony, with enough room for two to comfortably sit out and enjoy the sensational tree-topped views and slight gulf water views from the covered balcony. Meanwhile, a downstairs loveseat easily converts into an extra twin-sized bed, ideal for those who need just a bit more space.

A downstairs half-bath and full, tub/shower combo bath upstairs complete the cottage, while a washer and dryer offer simple convenience to guests. Meanwhile, an outdoor shower provides both hot and cold water, perfect for a quick rinse-off when you’ve just returned from a long day at the beach.

A sandy footpath leads to the private West Ruskin Pavilion, just steps away with access to the beach and you are just one block to the nearby Seaside Town Square, filled with everything from local treats to interesting boutiques. For an engaging vacation cottage that provides everything you need, there’s no comparison to the ‘Greenback’, ideally located in the heart of charming and quaint Seaside, Florida.  

*A non-refundable pet fee of $275.00 (plus sales tax) is required. Pets Allowed: Please select under pet options and the $275 pet fee will be added to the reservation for online bookings during the checkout process.

Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.  3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall | 2-night minimum Winter.

Enjoyed visiting Seaside again. The cottage was just what we expected. Our dog felt right at home as did we. Close to everything. Staff was exceptionally helpful when I was unable to get the football game on the TV. We will be back.

Just the right size for two adults and pet. Very convenient to the beach and town square. The restaurants, food, and service were all very good. Been going to Seaside over the years and it has not failed us yet! The crowds were manageable and we felt safe and comfortable where ever we walked. The property management team was there to help and assist, a good group of folks. Thanks to everyone for an enjoyable week!(p.s. we had to replace the vehicle battery and property management directed us to a reliable and quick shop just a few miles away)

Awesome little house. Had everything we needed. Very close to the beach- about 400 ft from it. We loved that we got to bring our two westies. Very easy walking areas for dogs. I felt safe leaving them in house as we went away from the house. Two streets from seasides center— about three hundred ft from food trucks and restaurants. Free bikes provided along with cute beach bag and towels. Very clean! I am a germ freak and felt good about the house. Easy check on and out through keypad. The rental agency was also very attentive checking to make sure we had what we needed. My husband, dogs ,and I loved it.

We had a fabulous time at Greenpeace. The staff at Homeowner's Collection were SO helpful, before and during our stay. They sent all the check in information well ahead of our arrival, had gifts for us (a cool beach bag, towels, coffee, wine) and even brought cookies the next day as they checked to see if we were settled in. The house was very clean and well organized for us and a perfect location in Seaside (steps to the beach and the town).

House was super clean upon arrival. Easy to access thanks to door code. They had kindly provided a small bag of coffee from their local shop and filters, though I brought my own. They also had a Keurig! Didnt see that in info or photos. Lots of cookware was provided though I mostly ate out, with the exception of breakfast, since you are maybe a 3 minute from the Seaside town center and airstream row. It was also a super easy 2 minute walk to the beach. I did have to call to get the beach access code but all other amenity information was provided. Overall, this stay was very enjoyable for me and my small doodle. Cozy in size, excellent location, & sea breezes. Will definitely be back!

We got to town early and had no place to park.When I called to see if I could park near the cottage we were given access. It was perfect. We have stayed at this cottage before and love it.

Close to the water and Seaside center. Perfect size cottage for 2 people. The keycode for the front door was convenient and didn't have to keep up with physical keys. The staff was friendly and was able to go straight to the cottage a little early. The house came with two bike rentals which were great for exploring the bike trails in watercolor. Highly recommend.

we enjoyed our 6 day stay in Greenback. Nice cottage for two, it has everything needed for a beach vaca. Close to the water and all the restaurants and retail of seaside but still private and quite, down the path from the main house, it faces towards an open lot so no intersection with other main house guests. Good spot.Nice to have an extra powder bath on the main floor and had everything we needed including wash and dryer!we stayed at the end of the season and it could use some deep cleaning and paint touch ups but we will be back! The cottage agency was great to work with.
