The mint and white-framed exterior gives way to a one-bedroom/1.5-bath unit, expertly designed. Add this to the enjoyable Bamboo flooring throughout, and the modern fixtures and features that work together to make this home a real treat for guests.

Easily accommodating a small family or a couple, ‘Greenback’ is the guesthouse to nearby ‘Greenpeace’, located just 3 houses to the beach. This cottage has a galley kitchen complete with a four top stove and compact dishwasher. There is a modern living area with a flat screen TV, a twin sleeper sofa, and a dining area for two. The queen-sized master bedroom opens up to a balcony, with enough room for two to comfortably sit out and enjoy the sensational tree-topped views and slight gulf water views from the covered balcony. Meanwhile, a downstairs loveseat easily converts into an extra twin-sized bed, ideal for those who need just a bit more space.

A downstairs half-bath and full, tub/shower combo bath upstairs complete the cottage, while a washer and dryer offer simple convenience to guests. Meanwhile, an outdoor shower provides both hot and cold water, perfect for a quick rinse-off when you’ve just returned from a long day at the beach.

A sandy foot path leads to the private West Ruskin Pavilion, just steps away with access to the beach and you are just one block to the nearby Seaside Town Square, filled with everything from local treats to interesting boutiques. For an engaging vacation cottage that provides everything you need, there’s no comparison to the ‘Greenback’, ideally located in the heart of charming and quaint Seaside, Florida.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.  

*A non-refundable pet fee of $275.00 (plus sales tax) is required. Pets Allowed: Please select under pet options and the $275 pet fee will be added to the reservation for online bookings during the checkout process.

We got to town early and had no place to park.When I called to see if I could park near the cottage we were given access. It was perfect. We have stayed at this cottage before and love it.
