Welcome to Gulfview, your family’s home base in the heart of Seaside, Florida. Thoughtfully renovated and redesigned for modern coastal living, this classic beach home offers inviting gathering spaces, updated accommodations, and an unbeatable location just a short walk from the beach.

Outdoor Living & Arrival

Start your mornings on the open-air front porch, where Adirondack chairs, lounge seating, tables, chairs, and ceiling fans create the perfect spot for coffee before heading out for the day. The expanded screened-in back porch offers a comfortable outdoor dining space with seating for eight or more—ideal for family dinners and unwinding after the beach.

First-Floor Living & Kitchen

Inside, the first floor is designed for connection. The living room features a large sectional and mounted TV, flowing into a spacious dining area with seating for twelve. The updated kitchen includes a freestanding island, brand-new gas cooktop, beverage and wine fridge, and refreshed kitchen essentials for easy meals at home.

Just off the kitchen is a convenient powder bath with a sink and toilet, providing added convenience for guests and gatherings.

A first-floor queen bedroom with a private ensuite bath and walk-in shower provides a quiet and convenient retreat. The bedroom also includes a TV, dresser, and bedside tables for added comfort.

Second-Floor Bedrooms & Layout

Upstairs offers a layout that works perfectly for families. Two king bedrooms each include their own ensuite bathrooms, giving adults space and privacy. The primary suite has been expanded and features a double vanity, walk-in shower, separate toilet room, and generous closet space.

The second king bedroom includes a cozy sitting area with a daybed—perfect for kids who want to stay close.

The bunk room is designed with fun in mind, featuring two bunk setups (one twin-over-twin and one twin-over-queen), along with a mounted TV, bean bag seating, and closet storage. A nearby hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination serves this space.

A walk-in laundry room on this level adds extra convenience for longer stays.

Tower Level

The tower room offers a fun bonus space with seating for four and views over Seaside—perfect for sunset watching or a quiet moment to recharge. Window treatments and shutters enhance comfort throughout the year while preserving the charm of this unique space.
