Inside, the home opens to a spacious, family-friendly living room designed for together time. A large flat-screen TV anchors the space, while a thoughtfully curated library wall filled with books and games makes it easy to unwind or entertain. A table for four offers flexibility for casual meals, puzzles, or game nights after a day at the beach. Just beyond the centrally located staircase—open to the kitchen for an easy, connected feel—you’ll find a generous kitchen and dining area with seating for six, ideal for shared meals and relaxed conversation.

The kitchen features granite countertops and a large central cooking island with a built-in cooktop and oven, making it both functional and welcoming. All three bedrooms are located upstairs, offering privacy and quiet at the end of the day. The cheerful queen primary suite is filled with coastal charm and beach-inspired touches, complete with a private en-suite bathroom featuring a tub and shower combination. The second queen bedroom overlooks the West Side Pool just across the street, offering peaceful views and a prime Seaside location. The third bedroom is a colorful, kid-friendly retreat with plenty of space to sleep and play, featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed with a trundle—comfortably sleeping three.

With welcoming outdoor spaces, a layout designed for connection, and a location that puts you steps from Seaside’s favorite amenities, No Worries is the perfect home base for a relaxed coastal getaway. Whether you’re rocking on the porch, gathering around the kitchen island, or making memories by the beach and pool, this charming Seaside cottage lets you truly leave your worries behind.

If you need more room you can also rent KARIBU, the guest cottage that adds a bedroom and living area and sleeps up to 4. Rent these together and you’ll have a wonderful teen suite or grandparents suite that makes this property a perfect vacation home for your family.

First time renting through Homeowners Collection, but 6th visit. Easy to reach management with questions. Kitchen and downstairs living area were great! We loved the porch with rocking chairs. Location is super convenient to everything. Were a few small things that needed repairing. The second queen is so soft that you roll off the edges so it made it hard for two people to sleep in the bed. Upstairs thermostat was set to 80 degrees. We lowered it, but it eset to 80 degrees during the night so that was uncomfortable the first night. Code for pool didn't work.

We thoroughly enjoyed Hakuna Matata for our family trip this year to Seaside! The house was in great condition and clean. The location was close to the pool and just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We loved it! The bikes were a really nice addition, allowing us to travel just outside of Seaside to the neighboring areas. Thank you to the property manager - they were so helpful in getting us acclimated. We will definitely stay in Hakuna Matata again!

The entire family had a great time staying at Hakuna Matata in Seaside. The location was terrific. Very close to the pool and just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house itself was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the homeowners collection for assistance getting acclimated to Seaside. It was a wonderful trip!
