Enter the condo through your own private lobby and private elevator that opens directly into your luxurious suite (only 2 units in this building) . Step inside and you are greeted with a renovated kitchen complete with quartz countertops, a center island, a high-end Wolf 6 burner gas stove, a large Subzero stainless steel refrigerator, a Kitchen aid ice maker, and a stunning white farm style cast iron sink.

The large open living room is surrounded in natural light and stunning views by numerous windows and French doors throughout. There is plenty of seating to entertain and visit with friends and family, a large flat screen TV, a sleeper sofa, and access to the private covered generous balcony to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, and stunning gulf views. The living room is adjacent to the dining and kitchen, the much sought after open floor plan so family can stay connected for mealtimes. The dining area is central to the floor plan between the living and kitchen and can comfortably seat six to eight.

Down the hall is the king primary bedroom suite, with a seating area, large flat screen TV, plenty of storage, and a large private primary bathroom with steam shower! The primary bathroom has been recently renovated and features double vanities, limestone countertops, and a spacious walk in steam shower. The second bedroom on this floor is a bunk bedroom featuring a queen bedroom down and a twin bed on top to sleep three. There is an updated full hall bath adjacent to the second bedroom with a tub/shower combo.

With the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico as your backdrop, you can’t help but be Happy Together.

* 5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer; 3-night Fall; 2-night minimum Winter.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

Happy Together was truly amazing and exactly what we were looking for with teenagers/- we did not even need our wagon to carry things to the beach since we were so close and had teens to help! Loved the location and the views most of all. We also liked the extra amenities in the kitchen like the ice maker. It was a nice surprise! Would love to come back to this exact property ! You cant beat it- felt very special with personal elevator to take you to the unit too!
