Heavy Water features multiple outdoor living areas designed to maximize relaxation and connection to the natural surroundings. The screened-in front porch offers two rocking chairs, creating the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening conversation. Around back, a private open-air deck overlooks a tranquil sandy footpath and includes seating for two. Upstairs, the primary bedroom opens to its own screened-in porch with a charming swing, providing a peaceful retreat with added privacy.

The compact yet efficient kitchen is equipped with everything needed for simple meals, including a two-burner electric stovetop, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and essential cookware. Please note, this kitchen does not include an oven. A full bathroom on the main level includes a single vanity and walk-in shower for convenience.

This was our first stay at Homeowner's Collection complex. When we arrived, we did not know the address given was for the main tower and our cottage had a different address number. We ended up trying to enter the front door and it was already occupied by other guests who assisted and pointed us to the back cottage. Cottage a bit smaller than expected and an inconvenience not having a full size refrigerator. We did have a great time. We found it extremely convenient with easy access to all amenities and specially the beach! Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. We are planning on returning next summer.

This cottage is perfect for a small family, or couple. Our teen girls were very comfortable on the sleeper sofa downstairs, along with their own full shower bath. We had a queen bed upstairs, along with our own full bathroom, which provided plenty of separation and space. The location cannot be beat -- walk or bike to the West Pool just 3 houses away, or the beach down either Odessa or Pensacola, or to town square, a short bike ride away. The kitchen is small, but perfect for drinks and snacks. We enjoyed the screened porches for evening card games. For our small family of 4, this fit the bill for us perfectly.

We had a great getaway at Heavy Water! We loved the location - it was close to the beach and the town square. We didn't need our car the whole time but did love the bikes that were provided by homeowner collection. Thank you! The cottage was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was so cute! We will be back, thank you!
