Tucked just off the kitchen, a private and spacious open-air deck offers built-in seating and a peaceful escape—ideal for reading in the afternoon shade or enjoying a glass of wine beneath the stars after a day at the beach.

The only complaint is that we could have used more help with our luggage when checking in & out. We were moving & on a road trip so we had more than usual. I might also suggest a little wagon to pull luggage down the dirt trails.We had a great time!!

Love that it's a bit away from town center and very close to the most secluded piece of beach at Seaside.

We stayed at Homecoming over the 4th of July holiday. This was our third time to stay in Homecoming and it was wonderful again. Its perfect for a couples getaway. Nice and close to the beach too.

We loved the location one block from beach access. Management was very helpful and they quickly fixed an issue with the refrigerator. Cottage is small but fine for a couple. One bathroom upstairs with sink open to the bedroom. Tiny tv downstairs. Lots of natural light.

My husband and I have rented in Seaside for years. Youre not going to want to print this, but we had had enough of Cottage Rental Agency, and my husband swore we would never stay at Seaside again. Then, someone we know told us about you. I told my husband to blame me if renting thru you guys didnt work, and he said ok. OMG what a difference! Everything was great, from the communication, to the cottage, to, well, everything. Thank you, thank you so I have a chance to come back to Seaside - my happy place.
