Honahlea, a classic Seaside cottage, has the perfect location just steps down a sandy Seaside path from the west side pool and less than a block from the beach. Honahlea features a bedroom with a king-size bed and ceiling fan and a full bath with a an oversized tub and shower. In a loft a few steps up from the living area are two twins for the kids. Honahlea has a reserved parking space located at the path to the cottage.

Hohnalea’s living area is comfortably furnished with a dining table, fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, and a raised ceiling with a fan. The living area and bedroom are connected by a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer.

The living area of Honahlea opens onto a serene front porch, featuring a ceiling fan, table, and comfortable chaise lounge seating for two that overlooks the private yard area and footpath shaded by live oaks. This relaxing porch is the ideal spot to sip morning coffee or to enjoy evening wine. An outside shower and charcoal grill are located just off the porch.

 Honahlea was designed by award-winning architect Scott Merrill, the architect of the Seaside Chapel, who received the Seaside Prize in 2012.

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall;  2 night minimum Winter.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

* Personalized service throughout your stay with starter amenities provided
* Only 1 parking pass per one-bedroom cottage, a golf cart is considered a car.  Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit

We were in Seaside for a long weekend of wedding festivities. The location provided us the opportunity to walk to each (5) venue with ease. The mornings were enjoyed in the circle with coffee, smoothies and watching play on the lawn.

Honahlea is great!!! The rental company has excellent service. The cottage was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids! Everything worked great and it is close to everything in Seaside. Easily ride your bikes anywhere from this cottage. Would definitely rent again!

We have stayed at Honalea many times. It is one of the few single story cottages. While it is small, we like the king size bed, soaker tub, and front porch. Easy access to the beach and family pool. Homeowners Collection was very attentive to making sure we had everything we needed.
