Hook, Wine, and Sinker is a spacious two-story penthouse apartment that offers the best of new urbanism living. Located on the third and fourth floor of the 25 Central Square Building in the heart of Seaside, this unit offers  Gulf views that can be enjoyed from the privacy of your own balcony or two common areas.

Hook, Wine, and Sinker has two bedrooms and two full baths as well as a powder room and sleeps six people. Ideally located next to the Beach and the Gulf of Mexico, you’re also just steps away from the Seaside’s iconic shopping and dining.

Entry Level: The penthouse has a renovated kitchen with new modern cabinets, quartz countertops, and an island with a Sub-zero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, GE glass top range, and GE microwave. The dining room has a modern table with six chairs, a sideboard, and a door to a porch shared with the living room. The spacious living room has an American Leather high-density foam…no bars or springs for ultimate comfort…queen sleeper sofa, 3 additional side chairs….2 Dean Leather chairs from Mitchell Gold and one Eames fabric swivel….3 lamps, LED Samsung SmartTV with Sonos PLAYBAR, Blu-Ray DVD, Bose speaker system with direct phone connectivity as well. Also high-speed wireless internet service. It has a DVD collection of 40 movies and TV shows. Off the living room is a covered porch with bar top seating for four to 4 to enjoy the gulf views, breezes, and sunsets. This floor also features a half bath for the living areas and a small laundry closet with a stackable washer/dryer.

Upstairs: There is a king primary bedroom with two nightstands and dresser from the Mitchell Gold Manning Collection, multiple lamps, Armand side chair from Mitchell Gold, LCD TV, Wi-Fi-enabled Blu-Ray, built-in closets and drawers and a private bath with vanity sink, new fixtures and a large shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, rack for clothing storage, LCD TV, Wi-Fi-enabled Blu-ray, and two nightstands with lamps. Views of the Gulf from both bedrooms over the rooftops of Seaside. There is a full hall bath off the queen with shower only. Both bedrooms share a private rooftop patio with two cushioned lounge chairs. Bedding includes Italian cotton coverlets, cotton blankets, and multiple pillow choices including down, down alternative, and memory foam.

Building Amenities: There is an elevator to the third-floor entry. Once inside the penthouse, there are stairs up to the bedrooms and patio. There is a common courtyard with eight cushioned armchairs and two coffee tables where you can relax in comfort. Amavida Coffee is in the lobby of the building!

Beach Access: The beach is just across the street or 75 walking steps via Seaside’s Coleman Beach Pavilion. You will receive wristbands to access the special owner area on the beach.

*5-night Spring Break, Summer, & Fall; 3- night Spring; 2-night Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

After a first night in a terrible unit we were moved to a beautiful unit, Hook, Line and Sinker. Staff was excellent in helping us getting moved including moving all our stuff- turned a bad situation around. We had a great stay- would definitely recommend.

This was our second time staying in this location, and it is perfect for a smaller family. The location is perfect - you are literally in the middle of everything. The kitchen and living area are open and make it easy to entertain, and the upstairs bedrooms are spacious as well. We highly recommend this penthouse.
