A prime location just a 2 minute walk to the beach access or the pool and only two blocks to downtown Seaside with several shops and restaurants within walking distance of your front door!

Guests can arrive and have the convenience of off street parking in your private driveway. You are welcomed by an open air front porch complete with a bench swing and two chairs, the perfect spot to read a book or enjoy your morning coffee as you plan your next beach day. Enter into a first story, that features a spacious, furnished living area with a large mounted flatscreen Smart TV, high ceilings, plenty of natural light from windows and an open, communal floor-plan for all to enjoy. The living room is the central hub with a large sofa and two adjacent club chairs, a perfect hang out spot for family board games or an evening movie in. The adjacent dining area features a farmhouse wood table and six bistro chairs. The adjacent fully renovated kitchen has beautiful stone quartz countertops, custom built cabinets, and new fun blue high end retro appliances throughout. The first bedroom is down, featuring two XL twins and an ensuite renovated bathroom. The ensuite full bathroom has a single vanity, large mirror, and a walk in shower.

Travel up a set of stairs to locate the final two bedrooms and another great open air front porch. The second bedroom up is a generous King primary suite with its own ensuite bathroom and access to a shared front furnished porch. The king has a large mounted flat screen Smart TV and a closet with ample storage. The private renovated bathroom has a single vanity, large mirror, and a tub/shower combination.
The third bedroom on the second floor is a queen surrounded by windows with its own ensuite renovated bathroom. This private bathroom has a single vanity, large mirror, and a tub & shower combination. These two bedrooms share an open air porch complete with two hanging swings and two additional chairs. A perfect hang out spot for an evening glass of wine or to people watch perched among a tree shaded canvas.

This cottage has a stackable washer and dryer in the front foyer hallway in a designated laundry closet and a rear side deck with seating for two and a charcoal grill. There is also an enclosed, outdoor shower by the back entrance, ideal for the beach lovers after a fun filled day in the sun. Looking for the perfect reset in Seaside, FL? We absolutely loved the Hula Hut and cannot wait to return! The location was terrific - in the heart of Seaside and so close to all of the shops and restaurants, and especially the beach! We did not have to drive ever! And we loved the bikes that were provided by Homeowners collection. Thank you for the wonderful vacation - we will be back.
