This home is a perfect Seaside family getaway that sits on the first block to the beach on a large, shaded corner lot on quiet Robert's Way. A favorite feature is the third floor open air tower with Adirondack bar seating for four to enjoy beautiful sunsets as the sun dips down below the rooftops and into the Gulf of Mexico just seven houses away.

Off the first floor entrance is a second living room with a large flat screen TV and space for everyone to hang out off the two bedrooms downstairs. The king primary bedroom is on the first floor with a private bathroom (shower only) and a private screened in front porch with a swing and shaded park like views, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. The second bedroom downstairs features two twin beds. Off of the living room and bedrooms is an additional full bathroom with a shower only.

Upstairs to the second floor and there is a recently renovated kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, a large double door refrigerator, a farmhouse sink, and art glass pendant lighting. Adjacent to the kitchen is the preferred open floor plan with dining and an additional living area. The living area has a flat screen TV, and the dining area comfortably seats six. Off the living area is a screened in second floor porch with Adirondack seating for four with very private park like views, the perfect outdoor spot for an evening nightcap. The third bedroom is located on the second floor and features a queen bed, a large mounted flat screen TV, and its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Up the stairs to the favorite third floor enclosed and open air tower. There is an indoor closed tower with seating for three the perfect escape to read a book on rainy days. Step outside onto the tower deck and enjoy breezes, Adirondack bar seating for four, and enjoy the gulf views and the most stunning Seaside Florida sunsets. This home is sure to become a Seaside favorite.

We brought our daughter and five friends to celebrate her birthday. They loved biking around Seaside. The beach was impeccable, this house is an easy elk to the Tupelo pavilion. We used the upstairs bedroom for us to give the girls the bottom floor. That room was a little tight for two grown ups , but doable for a few days. Kitchen was missing a few essentials but eating out was so easy. Loved the rental process and the homeowners collection. A very positive experience and I'd take the smaller space for the convenience of this house.
