Surrounded by lush greenery and mature shade, Jasper feels comfortably secluded while keeping Seaside’s best amenities right at your fingertips.

Wraparound Screened Porch for Relaxed Coastal Living

One of Jasper Cottage’s most beloved features is its expansive wraparound screened porch, designed for effortless outdoor living. This serene space invites you to enjoy casual meals, unwind with a good book in the hammock, or sway gently on the porch swing after a long day at the beach. Ceiling fans and cooling coastal breezes make this porch a favorite gathering spot from morning coffee to evening wind-downs.

Open Living Spaces with Soaring Ceilings

Inside, the main level offers a welcoming layout with soaring ceilings that enhance the light and airy feel of the home. A comfortable sitting area provides space to relax, while a custom built-in dining table creates the perfect setting for shared meals. The nearby kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with ample cabinetry and all the essentials needed for easy vacation living.

Flexible Sleeping Arrangements for Families and Groups

Just off the main living area, a secondary family room offers exceptional flexibility. This space easily converts into a private sleeping area with a queen-size sleeper sofa and an adjacent full bathroom—ideal for guests who prefer main-level accommodations.

Upstairs, the second level reveals a spacious king primary bedroom alongside a welcoming queen bedroom featuring a daybed with a twin trundle. These rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom and comfortably accommodate families or groups, allowing Jasper Cottage to sleep up to eight guests with ease.

Walkable Access to Seaside Amenities

Located on Seaside’s eastern side, Jasper Cottage places you within walking distance of the beach, tennis courts, fitness center, swimming pools, and the charming shops and dining of downtown Seaside. Whether you’re heading out for a morning swim, an afternoon workout, or an evening stroll through town, everything you love about Seaside is just moments away.

5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer | 3 night minimum Fall | 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  • Parking policy: Only 1 parking pass issued for one-bedroom cottages and 2 parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes. A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited; special circumstances and medical needs require a golf cart permit

Jasper House was perfect for quiet time. The front porch swing was our favorite place to relax. The back porch area was great also both area were surrounded by plants and trees and sweetest honeysuckle fragrance. Great area for walks. Only 5 minute walk to stores and restaurants

I wish we could have stayed longer! This was a cozy house that had plenty of room for my wife, myself and 5 tween/teenage girls. We loved the screen porch and the close proximity to the beach and Seaside "downtown" area. We also took advantage of the pool the last day which was very nice and provided towels. I would stay here again!
