Jasper cottage offers enjoyable outdoor space, tucked within a natural setting just a short stroll Jasper is the perfect classic Seaside cottage within steps to the beach, downtown seaside, and the pools. With an intimate setting, surrounded by greenery and shade, this cottage is comfortable and inviting, casually decorated to feel like a home away from home.

The large wraparound porch is ideal for enjoying a casual meal or for curling up with a good book in quiet seclusion on the hammock, cooled by a gentle breeze and ceiling fans within the screened-in space. In addition, there’s also plenty of room for a relaxing porch swing, ideal for unwinding after a long afternoon in the sun and water.

Meanwhile, once inside the ground floor graciously delivers with room for lounging in the sitting room or pulling up to a cozy meal at the accompanying custom built in dining table. Soaring ceilings only add to the enjoyment, continuing on to the nearby kitchen with plenty of cabinet space and all the essentials.

A nearby family room delivers yet another living space, doubling as a bedroom that easily closes off for privacy with the inclusion of a queen-sized sofa sleeper and full bath. Continuing on to the second level of the cottage, you’ll uncover a king-sized primary bedroom, along with a second queen-sized room, including a daybed with a twin trundle, creating the perfect space for families, with the inclusion of up to eight guests.  The king and queen bedrooms share a Jack n Jill bathroom. 

Found on Seaside’s eastern side, Jasper offers up all the comforts of home, with the benefit of a location that’s just a short stroll away from some of the area’s best amenities, from the nearby tennis courts to the fitness center and swimming pools in this exceptional beachside community.  

5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer | 3 night minimum Fall | 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  • Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

Jasper House was perfect for quiet time. The front porch swing was our favorite place to relax. The back porch area was great also both area were surrounded by plants and trees and sweetest honeysuckle fragrance. Great area for walks. Only 5 minute walk to stores and restaurants

I wish we could have stayed longer! This was a cozy house that had plenty of room for my wife, myself and 5 tween/teenage girls. We loved the screen porch and the close proximity to the beach and Seaside "downtown" area. We also took advantage of the pool the last day which was very nice and provided towels. I would stay here again!
