Recently renovated, you will not be disappointed in this Seaside, FL gem.  Centrally located behind town square, JoJo overlooks Ruskin Park-offering both town and park views from just about every level with a prime Seaside, Florida location only 352 yards or a 4-minute walk to the beach access and only two minutes to the downtown Seaside at Central Square.

With each room carefully designed, this 2 bedroom, 3 bath townhome is beautifully adorned and artfully staged with luxury furnishings throughout.  Up the first set of stairs, guests are greeted by vaulted ceilings and open living spaces.  This home offers two separate living spaces, two sets of French doors that open to an outdoor patio and a balcony over Fairy Forest with outdoor seating for the perfect morning coffee spot.  The first seating area is at the front of the townhome with a sofa and club chair and a mounted flat screen TV. Across is the dining area with a glass round table with ample seating for six.  Next is the central updated kitchen with stone counter tops and all stainless-steel appliances complete with a large double door fridge. This generous kitchen has more than you need to prepare family meals at home. At the rear of the home is the primary designer living room two large sofas and a large mounted flat screen TV. There are double French doors that provide amazing natural light. These double doors open onto a large rear open-air deck that is complete with outdoor dining, this is a perfect location for dining al fresco or an evening glass of wine. Custom built and tucked into a closet in the living room is a queen Murphy bed to accommodate two more guests.  On this floor for guests is a full bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combination. 

Up the second set of stairs to the third floor, you'll find a generous king primary suite with a large mounted flat screen TV and its own renovated ensuite luxury bathroom and a private large open-air deck.  The private bathroom features a single vanity and a large glass enclosed walk-in shower with rain shower head.  The French doors open onto the rear deck veranda with a sitting area perfect for morning coffee.   The second bedroom features two twin beds with a large dresser, plenty of space, and its own mounted flat screen TV.  The luxurious new designer bathroom has a single vanity, a designer chandelier, and a large glass enclosed walk-in shower.  In the hallway between both bedrooms is a built-in twin bed with a skylight - a perfect little space for the kids!  JoJo serves as a space that the whole family can appreciate, and a great space for socializing indoors or out with multiple outdoor areas to explore. Jo Jo's has a prime Seaside, Florida location and is sure to not disappoint!   

* 5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 3 night minimum Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

JoJo is a very well appointed home in the best location in central Seaside. The park is quiet and tranquil whilst being only a 2 minute walk to the town centre. We enjoyed a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Many thanks to all at Homeowners Collection for the quick response to to my calls.

The home was a wonderful location and very convenient to walk to everything. The space was very roomy and very nice. Our family had a wonderful trip and would definitely stay at this place again for the next trip back.
