Centrally located behind Seaside's town square, JoJo overlooks Ruskin Park offering both town and park views from just about every level.

With each room carefully designed, this 2 bedroom/3 bath beach home is beautifully adorned and artfully staged. Up the first set of stairs, you're greeted with vaulted ceilings and open living spaces. The main living area offers two flat-screen TVs in two separate living spaces, two sets of French doors that open to an outdoor patio, and a balcony over Fairy Forest. The queen Murphy bed in the great room sleeps 2 comfortably. Sit a spell on the outside veranda featuring a dining space for 4 and a sitting area where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail.

Just off the main living area is a galley kitchen complete with stainless appliances, a wooden butcher block island, a skylight with a rattan fan and a full bath. Through the kitchen is an additional sitting area and dining room that seats 6.

Up the second set of stairs, you'll find a king primary suite with TV and French doors to the upstairs veranda with a sitting area with beautiful Seaside views. The remodeled primary bath is a shower only with dual sinks and granite countertops. The twin guestroom sleeps 2 with a gorgeous, new private bath with shower only. In the hallway between both bedrooms is a built-in twin bed with a skylight - a perfect little space for the kids!

JoJo is both fun and functional with something for the whole family and a great space for socializing inside and out. And with the central location - you'll feel like you're right in the heart of Seaside and right in the center of all the beach fun!

* 5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 3 night minimum Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

The home was a wonderful location and very convenient to walk to everything. The space was very roomy and very nice. Our family had a wonderful trip and would definitely stay at this place again for the next trip back. The company we booked through were super helpful for anything and available at anytime If need be. We look forward to the next trip back here.

This centrally located home is even more beautiful in person. Comfortable, stylish, and spacious, the JoJo made a perfect home away from home for a relaxing week on 30A with our family. We fell in love with this charming community, and can not wait to visit again.

Comfortable unit with nicely updated bathrooms. Well equipped but would have been nice to have some basics like coffee filters, salt and pepper. Comfortable beds and very clean. Info from property management company should include: instructions for recycling, code for beach access, what are the purpose of the blue wristbands?.

Jojo was a fantastic place to stay in Seaside. We have been coming to Seaside for several years and this has been our favorite so far. Great location - right inside Ruskin Park and close to the shops and restaurants. Always a quick walk to the beach. The decor was really nice and comfortable. Kitchen was nice. We will definitely return to Jojo. Thanks to Homeowners collection for the welcome bag and bikes!
