Ideally situated just behind Central Square, this gem overlooks Ruskin Park and offers charming park and town views from nearly every level. Guests enjoy a premier Seaside location only 352 yards (a 4-minute walk) to beach access and just two minutes to downtown Seaside, placing shops, dining, and entertainment right outside your door.

Designer Interiors with Multiple Living Spaces

This two-bedroom, three-bath townhome has been artfully staged with luxury furnishings and curated design details throughout. Up the first set of stairs, vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light welcome you into the main living level. The home features two distinct living areas, ideal for gathering or spreading out.
At the front of the townhome, the first sitting area includes a sofa, club chair, and mounted flat-screen TV. Adjacent is a stylish dining area with a round glass table seating six. The centrally located, updated kitchen features stone countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a large double-door refrigerator—perfectly equipped for preparing meals at home.

The home was a wonderful location and very convenient to walk to everything. The space was very roomy and very nice. Comfortable unit with nicely updated bathrooms. Well equipped but would have been nice to have some basics like coffee filters, salt and pepper. Comfortable beds and very clean. Info from property management company should include: instructions for recycling, code for beach access, what are the purpose of the blue wristbands?.
