Kaya has undergone extensive renovations in 2021 throughout the home, all new designer furniture and touches, and renovated kitchen and baths!  The Kaya cottage is conveniently located within walking distance of any amenity you could want on your Seaside vacation. Enjoy picturesque moments relaxing on large oversized porches that run the length of the home both upstairs and down overlooking a beautiful wooded park. The downstairs porch is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee on Adirondack chairs or rockers, while the upstairs screened-in porches feature several sitting areas and outdoor dining off the living room.

The king-sized primary suite features upscale finishes, luxurious touches, new furniture, a large flat-screen mounted TV, and a gorgeous renovated private bath. The primary bath features a dual vanity and an incredible multiple-stream rain shower.  With direct access to a screened-in porch, the primary suite is truly the private oasis that a couple needs to enjoy a family vacation. Speaking of family, the first level features a spacious bedroom with dual twin beds, a queen-sized bedroom with plenty of natural light, and a conveniently located hall bathroom.  The queen and twin bedrooms share a large screened-in porch with rockers perfect for enjoying mornings on the screened-in porch. Create memories by transforming bedtime stories into shared moments on the first floor's screened-in porch.

The home's second floor features a beautiful just renovated kitchen with all new appliances, breakfast bar seating, and plenty of counter and cabinet space for all of the beachside snacks that you need to keep little ones happy. An open kitchen floor plan extends to the dining room with plenty of extra seating. The large living room has all new furniture with a large sofa sectional, additional seating area, large flat screen mounted TV, and access to the outdoor furnished porch with outdoor dining. The second-level screened-in porch makes dining outside a breeze at any time of the day or night.  The new kitchen has a bonus built-in desk area and is adjacent to the large dining table that comfortably seats 8.  Whether you are watching a movie, grilling, hopping in the outdoor shower after a day spent at the beach, or walking a few minutes to many of the Seaside amenities, the Kaya cottage offers everything that you need to make a truly memorable vacation. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

The house we originally rented was unavailable at the last moment and the staff of Homeowners Collection were able to relocate us to Kaya. While it caused a longer walk to our beach chairs that were reserved at a different pavilion, the house was absolutely lovely. Its in a perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of Seaside and 30A but very close to town center. It has large porches (both screened and not screened) with ample seating. The house was very clean and is decorated beautifully. The kitchen was stocked with nice cookware and dishes and the separate ice maker was a huge plus! We come to Seaside often and Kaya is now one of our favorite houses! We would definitely stay again!!

We loved the Kaya house. It has 2 screened porches which are comfortable on a hot sunny day! It is close to Seaside town but not too close! The house has 4 beautiful, comfortable bedrooms and updated modern bathrooms! We have rented it for several years!

This is our favorite rental so far, and weve been visiting Seaside for the past 12 years. We always try to choose a different house each, but I would definitely stay here again. Great layout for a large family/group. Very clean and well stocked. Thank you!

This house is great. Plenty of room and all the balconies and front porch areas were great. We had 6 adults and 4 children. Also, 4 other adults over for a couple of meals and there was plenty of room for everyone! The only thing I didnt like was there was no salt and pepper and trash bags.
