Knotty by Nature offers a spacious, L-shaped wrap-around porch featuring a stylish outdoor lounge area with comfortable seating and a Smart TV, perfect for outdoor living at its finest. Nearby, you'll find a cozy outdoor dining space for four, a front-entry seating nook, and a convenient ice maker. It’s the perfect setting for entertaining, a sunny al fresco breakfast, or a relaxing evening glass of wine.

Inside, the open floor plan blends the living, dining, and kitchen spaces seamlessly. The living area, filled with designer furnishings, includes a large sectional sofa with ample seating, a wall-mounted Samsung 4K Smart TV (with basic cable), and a Sonos sound bar. Adjacent is the chef’s kitchen, complete with a marble center island and bar seating for three. Designed with family gatherings in mind, the gourmet kitchen features a built-in Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Wolf four-burner gas range with center griddle, and a Bosch dishwasher. Just steps away, the dining table comfortably seats eight, with views of the screened-in porch through a wall of glass windows.

The home’s layout includes two king bedrooms and a custom queen-over-queen bunk room, which can comfortably sleep four. The first king bedroom, located at the front of the home, has porch access, a spacious shared bathroom, wall-mounted lighting, beadboard paneling, custom storage, and a walk-in closet. This shared bathroom includes a deep soaking tub with rain shower, a separate glass-enclosed rain shower, a double vanity, and cheerful blue and white nautical tiles.

The second bedroom is a custom-built queen-over-queen bunk room with beachy white beadboard walls, a large flat-screen Smart TV, a jumbo bean bag, and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom is the primary suite, a king room with double-door access to the backyard, overlooking the pool and deck. This suite has a Smart TV with Sonos sound bar, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with sliding barn door, double vanity, and a glass-enclosed rain shower.

The true gem of this home is the backyard deck with its private plunge pool, one of the few homes in Seaside to offer this luxury.

This combination listing includes the rear guest cottage Feeling TipSea, which sleeps an additional four with a King primary, queen sleeper sofa, and this is a stunning renovation as well!

• Spring & Spring Break 5 Nt, Summer Sat to Sat 7Nt, 3 Nt fall, 2 Nt winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

(Pool can be heated for $35 a day, from Oct 1 - May 1 to 85 degrees.

It was love at first sight when we pulled up to Knotty by Nature and Feeling Tipsea. This newly renovated cottage is bright and airy, with beautiful furnishings. Its located just a few steps from the beach and a few blocks from shopping and restaurants in Seaside. We walked to the pool and were greeted by friendly locals. We look forward to coming back!

We had an amazing time at this beautifully redone cottage in Seaside! We seriously loved every bit of it. The remodel was so tastefully done, we were in heaven. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we wanted! The location is unbeatable. Truly so close to the beach, shopping and restaurants! Thank you to the Homeowner's Collection for all of the welcome goodies and help with navigating the town. We loved Seaside and definitely recommend renting this gorgeous cottage for a large group!
