Located directly on the Seaside croquet lawn, On the Lawn’s beautifully furnished front porch includes rockers and a bed swing, perfect for morning coffee while you take in the peaceful park views.  This home overlooks the very quiet and serene Croquet Lawn in Seaside, Florida and expanisve green space out your front door. Just down the street (only a 5 minute walk) from the beach and steps from pools, playgrounds, and tennis courts, you’re truly in the center of it all.

Step inside to the first floor and view the generous first floor combination featuring a large open living area, a modern expansive kitchen, a designated dining area at the center of the home, and an adjacent actual bar area with seating for three more! This home has designer touches throughout the home and luxurious furnishings throughout. There is a secondary living area at the front entrance built as a family game area with a designer built in corner bench and table perfect for family board games and nights in. The adjacent grand living area has plenty of seating and a large mounted 75" LG Smart TV perfect for family movie nights at home. The center dining area easily seats eight with a gorgeous designer chandelier adjacent to the bar area that seats another three. The bar room features a beverage fridge, a wine fridge, ice maker, and a half bathroom. The fifth queen bedroom faces the park, has a mounted 49" LG Smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a glass enclosed shower.  The sixth bedroom is the perfect kids hangout and has two sets of twin bunk beds to sleep four in total, a pocket door, and has an adjacent full bathroom. This bathroom features a single vanity and a large glass enclosed walk in shower.

Sat to Sat 7 night minimum Summer.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. Please be advised that On The Lawn is equipped with an active front door Ring bell.

Our whole family gathered in this amazing home in Seaside for a wonderful vacation! We cannot say enough great things about On The Lawn. The location was perfect - just a short walk to everything Seaside - beach, restaurants, shops and entertainment! The little ones loved the play area, and the grown ones loved the large space, cleanliness, king beds, kitchen, the porches and beautiful decor! We have stayed in many houses in Seaside before and this one has been our favorite. We highly recommend Homeowners Collection for the management company. They are very responsive and met our every need with on-site help. Thank you and we will be back for sure!

The house was beautiful and perfect for two families to share for a week long relaxing vacation. I was worried about the location because the house looks a little bit tucked away from everything on the map, but the location within Seaside was far better than I expected - easy to walk or bike to everything (pools, restaurants and beach). The customer service was spectacular. My friend accidentally left her purse behind(!!!) and it was mailed back to her promptly. The kids loved playing on the lawn directly in front of the house. It was picturesque and we loved sitting on the porch each morning drinking our coffee. I wish I was there right now.

Great size and amenities. Would definitely recommend. Worth noting that the "King Studio" downstairs is actually just a sleeper sofa with no door etc. Would not count on using as a bedroom. This was the only issue we encountered. Home Owners Collection was wonderful to work with as well.
