Stunning new construction in Seaside, Florida completed July of 2021. This luxurious modern new home is called “On the Lawn." Located directly on the Seaside croquet lawn, On the Lawn’s beautifully furnished front porch includes rockers and a bed swing, perfect for morning coffee while you take in the peaceful park views. Just down the street from the beach and steps from pools, playgrounds, and tennis courts, you’re truly in the center of it all.

Step inside to the first floor that features the sought-after open floor plan with a large open living area, kitchen, and dining area with designer furniture and touches throughout the home. At the entrance is a corner bench and table perfect for family card games. The adjacent grand living area has plenty of seating and a large mounted 75" LG Smart TV perfect for family movie nights at home. The center dining area easily seats eight with a gorgeous chandelier adjacent to the bar area that seats another three. The bar room features a beverage fridge, a wine fridge, ice maker, and a half bathroom. Across from the dining and bar area is the substantial custom gourmet kitchen with every chef’s wishes. The kitchen features a six-burner stove and griddle, a Frigidaire 66-inch-wide refrigerator and freezer, a 44 ” Galley sink, and an enormous butler’s pantry off the kitchen. The center island is the hub for family laughter and offers bar seating for three more. Below the first floor is the bonus ground floor that acts like its own studio apartment with a king day bed, a mounted 43" LG Smart TV, private full bathroom with washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, outdoor access, and the first stop on the elevator that services all four floors of this grand home. Outside the back is a rear driveway with private parking for two, the outside gas grill, and an outdoor shower.

Ascend the stairs (or take your elevator) to the second level where you find two luxurious king primary bedrooms referred to as the West King and the East King. (this home features four king bedrooms and a king daybed) The first East King primary bedroom is oversized with a mounted 49" LG Smart TV, private primary bathroom with dual vanity sinks, a deep soaker tub, a rain shower, and a large walk in closet. The second West King primary bedroom faces the lawn, a private front porch with a rocker, a mounted 49" LG Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a private primary bath with dual vanity sinks and a rain shower. Also on this floor is the jumbo laundry room with sink, ironing board, windows with views, and ample counter space.

The third floor features four more bedrooms; two kings, one queen, and a bunk room. The third king bedroom has park views, a large dresser, mounted 49” LG Smart TV, full modern private bath with shower only. The fourth king bedroom is oversized with a desk area perfect for working remotely, a mounted 49" LG Smart TV, a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a walk-in closet. The fifth queen bedroom faces the park, has a mounted 49" LG Smart TV, and a private bathroom with shower only. The sixth bedroom has twin bunk beds to sleep four in total, a pocket door, and has an adjacent full bathroom with a shower only.

Take the stairs to the tower with tabletop bar seating for two with stunning 360-degree panoramic rooftop and town views of Seaside, the wetlands, and even a slight view of the gulf. The tower is the perfect escape during your Seaside vacation at On the Lawn.

* 5 night minimum for Summer 2024.  5 night minimum in Spring & Spring Break; 3 night minimum for Fall; 2 night minimum Winter.  Sat to Sat 7 night minimum Summer.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. Please be advised that On The Lawn is equipped with an active front door Ring bell.

Extremely satisfied with house and Homeowners Collection. Only downside to Seaside and Walton Beach(And everyone is free to go wherever they can afford)are manners and respect for others are not items that are packed for beach vacation. If walking to beach or restaurants, half your time is spent dodging regular or electric bicycles or golf carts which have no speed limits.

We stayed at On the Lawn this past week. The house is very large and comfortable, furnished beautifully. The gourmet kitchen is amazing. Two laundry rooms(very important on family vacation with lots of people). This is my favorite Seaside house we have ever stayed in! Definitely recommend!

The house was beautiful and perfect for two families to share for a week long relaxing vacation. I was worried about the location because the house looks a little bit tucked away from everything on the map, but the location within Seaside was far better than I expected - easy to walk or bike to everything (pools, restaurants and beach). The customer service was spectacular. My friend accidentally left her purse behind(!!!) and it was mailed back to her promptly. The kids loved playing on the lawn directly in front of the house. It was picturesque and we loved sitting on the porch each morning drinking our coffee. I wish I was there right now.
