Welcome to Lemonade Stand, a beautifully-appointed beachside cottage located in the heart of Seaside, FL. This coastal retreat offers an unbeatable location, just steps from private beach access at Odessa Pavilion, a short stroll to the West Pool, and minutes from downtown Seaside. With its spacious layout and thoughtful amenities, this home accommodates up to 12 guests and boasts stunning Gulf views, making it the ideal getaway for families or groups seeking a memorable beach escape.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by a spacious front deck. Inside, the first-floor features four bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. Two king suites are located on the south side of the home, one featuring a bathroom equipped with grab bars at both the toilet and shower. On the north side of the home are two twin bedrooms whose ensuite baths contain a combination tub and shower, making them ideal for children or adults. In the common areas of the first floor are the foyer and media area, a comfortable space with a sofa, two club chairs, a mounted flat-screen TV, and a stereo soundbar, perfect for unwinding or enjoying movie nights.

Upstairs, the open and airy main living area provides breathtaking Gulf views and ample natural light. The living room is a welcoming space with comfortable seating, high ceilings, and a mounted flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the living area is a card table for game nights and a dining area with seating for eight, perfect for gathering over meals. The nearby modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, a five-burner electric stove, and a large Sub-Zero refrigerator, as well as a breakfast bar with seating for four.

The highlight of the second floor is the spectacular open-air porch with Adirondack bar seating for four. This is the ultimate spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine while soaking in panoramic Gulf views and stunning sunsets. At the front of the home, another spacious porch offers alfresco dining for eight, letting you savor meals under the stars.

Also on second floor are two bedrooms. The luxurious primary king suite is a serene retreat with built-in closets, a desk for remote work, and an ensuite bath with a deep soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a single vanity. The other bedroom features a custom-built queen bed and a full bath with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower.

With six bedrooms, three of which are king suites, six full bathrooms, and exceptional indoor and outdoor living spaces, Lemonade Stand is the perfect setting for family vacations or group getaways.
