On the first floor, you'll find a luxurious King Master suite with an en suite bathroom featuring a double vanity, a spacious shower, and custom-built closets offering ample storage. The second bedroom is equally adaptable—perfect for children with two twin beds or for couples with a king-sized bed (twins converted to a king bed upon request), creating two king master bedrooms, each with its own private en suite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a newly designed bathroom with a large indoor shower that connects seamlessly to an outdoor shower—ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Up the cheerful staircase, the second level unveils a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen designed for the modern chef, complete with top-of-the-line Bertazzoni stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, and a gas stovetop/oven. Just off the kitchen, a custom built in dining nook comfortably seats six. The open-concept living and dining areas feature soaring ceilings and walls of windows, bathing the space in natural light. Glass doors lead to a spacious, furnished second-floor balcony with a porch swing—perfect for enjoying the tranquil, tree-topped views of Rose Walk Park. This level also includes a completely renovated third full bathroom for added convenience.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in Limehouse. There is plenty of space and two large bathrooms. We did not use the loft area bedroom, but there is ample room up there, too. We spent a lot of time on the porch. It is peaceful on a quiet street. We will definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Limehouse. The cottage was clean and updated and really enjoyed having 3 bathrooms. One block from beach entrance and right off 30A, couldnt ask for a better location other than being right on the beach. Management company is very nice and responsive. My kids also enjoyed the complimentary bikes and went to the square on their own.

Very cute cottage and adorable back garden routes that wind through a landscape of greenery to 30a, Savannah St or Tupelo St. We walked or rode our bikes everywhere. Stayed with my 16year old daughter and nieces. They had a great time. I did recommend to the agency that a little fan for the upstairs loft area might be needed. I didnt stay up there but I know if I did I would need one. Also the freezer is pretty small. I didnt use it but noticed it. For example, a frozen pizza would not fit in there. But who needs frozen food with all the fresh gulf seafood.
