  • The second bedroom is thoughtfully adaptable, featuring two twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request, creating the option for two king primary suites. This room also includes a newly designed bathroom with a large indoor shower that connects directly to a private outdoor shower, perfect after a day at the Seaside beach.

Second Floor: Open Living, Kitchen & Balcony

Upstairs, the home opens into a bright, welcoming living space designed for gathering and relaxation. The house is so cute, clean, cozy, well decorated and welcoming. Had all the necessites we needed and more. Appreciated the box fan upstairs in the loft as it does get much warmer up there. King bed was very comfy. Twin beds could use new mattresses. Just a 3 minute walk to the Tupelo beach pavillion and easy walk/bike to pools and tennis courts!

My family had a wonderful time in Seaside at the lime house. It had everything that we needed. The house was quaint and my teenagers loved the upper bedroom to hang out in. It was very walkable to town. Everyone was so gracious and responsive. We would stay there again.

Everything was great from start to finish! Loved the layout— mattress & pillows were wonderful! Especially liked primary bath- GREAT shower! Everthing was clean, comfortable & well set up. With a rating of 1-5 & 5 is highest & best- I rate it a 10!!

First time staying in Seaside. Homeowner Collection was very responsive to my messages. Beautiful House! Perfect size for our group of 4. Best part, 3 full bathrooms! Process of checking in and out was so easy. Most carefree vacation I have ever had!

Homeowners Collection is my go to for Seaside house rental. The whole process could not be smoother. From house details to reserving online to arrival and stay. They do not overwhelm you with details but give you all you need for seamless stay. I love the complimentary beach towels and insulated tote. Perfect for days at the beach.
