Welcome to the modern and coastal cottage, Little Feet!  Little Feet is a modern new build Designed by the local Seaside, FL Town Architect, Ty Nun.  This guest cottage to the larger home "Pitter Patter" has abundant natural light and a stellar location, as it is situated just 7 houses away from private beach access, one block to downtown Seaside, and quietly tucked away down a shaded, sandy tranquil footpath.

A furnished front porch welcomes you off the front door with a quaint bistro seating for two overlooking a private yard, a perfect morning coffee location. Step inside for the airy interior with the living, dining, and kitchen all located on the first floor.  The living room features a queen sleeper sofa and additional seating in a club chair. There is mounted flat screen TV and a Sonos sound bar. Across from the living room is the custom built-in dining nook with bench seating for four wrapped and surrounded by windows and nature.

Off the living room is the kitchen with custom built in open shelving and floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen was designed with a microwave convection oven, a two-burner induction Wolf stove top, a fridge/freezer with ice maker, and a washer/dryer combo.  This kitchen is complete with many of the conveniences needed to prepare meals at home. (no dishwasher) 

Head up the spiral staircase to the second-floor primary queen bedroom and bathroom.  This primary suite has plenty of custom built in storage with dressers and drawers on either side of the queen bed as well as custom drawers built in under the bed providing ample storage for longer get aways. There is also a large mounted flat screen TV and an additional rocking chair.  The private bathroom features an all-glass shower with a handheld rain head, a vessel sink, and plenty of natural light. The adjacent balcony has bistro seating perfect for a late-night glass of wine or an early morning coffee!  

This Seaside, Florida favorite guest cottage has a prime Seaside location perfect for couples and young families; only 85 feet to the beach and just a 2-minute walk to downtown Seaside with over 35 shops and restaurants only steps from your front door!

* 3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall | 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

We enjoyed parking our car for the duration of our stay and spending a couple of days walking and biking. The property is a cute, well-designed structure behind the main house. The complementary beach bag with towels and a bottle of wine were nice touches. The sticking exterior doors are in need of adjustment, but otherwise everything was in good condition and clean.

Tucked in between East Ruskin and Seaside Avenue, it is accessible by footpath. It felt very private. It is perfect for a couple and well appointed. The bathroom and kitchen are small but updated. As always, Homeowners Collection is very accommodating.

Staying at Little Feet was so great! It is the perfect location - steps to Black Bear coffee, Modicas and the Seaside square with all the restaurants and shops. The accommodations are so lovely. Downstairs was perfect for relaxing and the bed was also very comfortable. Great stay!!

The location and amenities were perfect! It was within walking distance to most of our favorite restaurants and shopping. The beach bag and towels were a special bonus. Short walk to private beach access. If we had an issue it was handled fast, except the refrigerator beeped continuously unless you went down stairs to reset. This was very annoying during the night. We were told that a filter was orders but had not arrived. Hopefully it will be replaced before the next person stays. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay!!

This property is ideally located. IT is ideal for 2 people but challenging for 3 or 4. The sleeper sofa is not suitable for even a child. The kitchen and living space is very quaint and functional.

perfect location, the only bad thing was the sofa bed was really unconfortable and the sheets were dirty

I want to be able to say that we loved this rental, but I cant. I do want to say that Seaside as a vacation destination we LOVED! This particular rental unit however is TINY. Would not recommend for anything over just a couple. It was my husband , myself, and our 1 year old and there was not enough room for him to wiggle around. Beware that the spiral stairs are STEEP to get to the bedroom- house not suitable of stairs are too difficult. Kitchen is tiny- has a drawer for a fridge and a drawer for a freezer. Too tiny and overheats quickly causing an alarm to go off frequently. My husband had to go downstairs two separate nights to turn the fridge alarm off in the middle of the night. The washer/dryer unit is also in the kitchen but we were informed at check in it was broken. We had to take our clothes next door to wash and dry our clothes. Overall, Seaside is wonderful and I would come back, but I would not rent this unit again.

The dryer was repaired today and we will certainly have the refrigerator/freezer checked for proper operation. Our rental experience was fantastic. The location couldn't be any better. The amenities that come with when you book directly through ownership were great, bottle of wine, towels and beach bag.House had great space for my husband and I. Only downside is we called multiple times and let messages with an issue we were having and never heard back. Other than that it was great!
