Second Floor – Kitchenette, Dining Area & Bathroom

Exterior stairs lead to the entrance of the cottage, where guests step into the main living area featuring a kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and a small dining area for two. A flat-screen TV is mounted above the kitchenette, creating a comfortable space to relax after a day at the beach.This level  includes the full bathroom with a barn door entry, double vanity, and a glass enclosed walk-in shower.  

Please note: guests must carry luggage up the exterior staircase to access the cottage.

Third Floor – King Bedroom 

The upper level features the sleeping area with a king bed, two nightstands with lamps, a flat-screen TV, and a small closet. The bedroom offers a quiet and comfortable place to unwind after exploring Seaside, WaterColor, Grayton Beach, and the surrounding 30A communities.  (Please note the bathroom is located on the second floor and is not ensuite.)

The beach is located just 352 yards away, making it an easy walk to Seaside’s white-sand beaches and emerald Gulf waters. Guests can also enjoy nearby access to the Seaside Amphitheater, boutique shopping, local restaurants, coffee shops, and biking paths throughout Scenic Highway 30A.
