This elegant home features two bedrooms, two and a half baths, and accommodates up to six guests. Multiple porches overlook the picturesque lawn and oak trees of Ruskin Place, lined with unique boutiques and art galleries. Enjoy three levels of open living and a stunning roof deck with spectacular views of the town and the Gulf. A private elevator ensures easy accessibility for all guests.

Upon entering, you'll find a convenient foyer with elevator access, ideal for transporting luggage and groceries. An internal staircase complements the elevator. Gleaming maple floors adorn all levels. On the second floor, discover two well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring king beds. The primary suite includes French doors leading to a wrap-around covered porch, a large closet, an LCD TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has an ensuite bath with a deep shower and a pedestal sink. A laundry room with front-loading washer and dryer is conveniently located in the hallway.

The third floor hosts the main living area, complete with a powder room. The spacious living room features a sofa, decorative fireplace, and a large LED TV, with French doors opening to a covered porch equipped for outdoor dining and relaxation. The modern kitchen boasts a center island with a gas range, bar stools, and high-quality appliances, including a French door refrigerator and dishwasher.

Ascend to the fourth floor to find a bright sitting area surrounded by windows, complete with a daybed and a small library. French doors lead to the roof deck, where you can unwind on loungers while enjoying stunning views of Seaside and the Gulf of Mexico. "As Luck Would Have It" is your perfect Seaside getaway, just steps away from the beach, dining, and all things Seaside, FL!

5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break &Summer; 3 nights Fall; 2 nights winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. (Only available for rent from Memorial Day through Oct. 1st)

  • Featuring luxurious Peacock Alley sheets and towels throughout the home
  • Access to 3 swimming pools, 5 Clay tennis courts (court fees apply), 3 Pickleball courts, and a fitness center
  • Welcome tote with 2 beach towels and a complimentary bottle of wine
  • Two complimentary rental bikes included with stay (available for pickup at Seaside Transit Authority), personalized service and starter amenities provided
  • Only 1 parking pass per one-bedroom cottage and 2 parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes are issued. A golf cart is considered a car.
  • Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

Second year staying in As Luck Would Have It and will return again next year, hopefully. Its the perfect location and much quieter this year with the beautiful setting of Ruskin Park. Its my beach oasis!

This was our 2nd time spending a week in Seaside and this location is my favorite. Close to everything, yet the serene view of the park gives you the calm you need at the end of the day. The house is amazing, the elevator is handy but my best memory is morning coffee on the patio overlooking the well manicured park. Homeowners Collection for the win, they were amazing!
