Tree-lined streets and a white picket fence welcome you as you pull up to Mama’s Happy. That quaint and famous Seaside style is instantly recognizable. Mama’s Happy is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing stay in Seaside for you and your family. Here, you’ll be within walking distance to the town center and beach, and lovely communities like Grayton Beach and Watercolor are just a short walk away as well. Mama’s House offers luxury and convenience at its finest.

After a long day at the beach, shopping, or simply taking in the scenery, the absolute best place to relax is on the quaint, enclosed front porch. Enter Mama’s Happy and you’ll immediately find a roomy living area where you can spend time with your family and friends. The connecting open kitchen is well-equipped as well and can seat four people at the bar. The joined dining room seats six.

Nearby on the first level is a king bedroom, which has a shared bathroom. Go upstairs to find the king master bedroom, which has its own private bathroom. Extra sleeping and a private bath can be found in the bunk room, which has a twin over a double bed with a trundle for additional sleeping. Don’t forget to check out the peaceful views and relaxing breeze up on the second-floor balcony too.

Whether you’ve been a frequent visitor to Seaside for many years or you’re a first-timer in the area, Mama’s Happy and the community that surrounds it will be the perfect dose of Seaside charm for your 30A experience.  

Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.  5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer | 3-night minimum Fall | 2-night minimum Winter

This was our 2nd stay at Mama's Happy. We've staying in about 12 different houses in Seaside and this one is our favorite. Great location. Great set up. Comfortable beds. We love everything about it.

We loved staying at Mamas Happy. It was the perfect location in Seaside and had everything we needed. House was just the right size and the porch was heaven. We will be back soon.
