A wide, screened-in front porch welcomes you with peaceful views of the footpath and pool—an ideal setting for slow mornings with coffee or relaxing evenings under the stars. Inside, the first floor features three spacious bedrooms, including two with king beds and private en-suite showers. The third is a king primary suite with a full bath and access to the front porch, creating a restful retreat after long beach days.

Upstairs, the open-concept living area is flooded with natural light and includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining space, bar seating, and a half bath. The living room offers a 75-inch TV with streaming access to all your favorites—from Netflix and Apple TV to Disney+, Max, and BritBox. Step out onto the expansive second-floor porch, where you'll find outdoor dining and seating with treetop views and a glimpse of the nearby pool.

Climb the spiral staircase to discover a private rooftop deck with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico—a true highlight of the home. This breezy space is perfect for sunset drinks, sunbathing, or simply taking in the sights and sounds of Seaside. With extras like a washer/dryer, outdoor shower, pole-mounted grill, and plenty of room to gather and relax, Midsummer Night’s Dream promises a stay that’s as magical as it is memorable.

If you need more room you can also rent Honahlea, the guest cottage for Midsummer. Honanlea adds a bedroom with a king bed and a living area and loft with two twins for the kids.  Rent Midsummer and Honahlea together and you’ll have a wonderful combination that will make a perfect vacation home for your entire family.

Midsummer Night's Dream and Honahlea were designed by award-winning architect Scott Merrill, the architect of the Seaside Chapel, who received the Seaside Prize in 2012.

* 5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 3-night minimum Fall; 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

Our family and friends loved Midsummer Nights Dream cottage in Seaside! The location was great - close to everything! Walking distance to the beach and the town square! The cottage was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home. Thank you to the property management company for all the help in getting us checked in and acclimated! We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed Midsummer Night's Dream cottage in Seaside! The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location was great - we could walk everywhere we wanted to go but there were also bikes provided so we used those to go visit the neighboring towns. So cute - all of it! Thank you! We will be back.
