Midsummer Night's Dream has the perfect Seaside location, directly across from the west side pool and just a block from the beach. Midsummer is a classical Charleston style home which features large porches screened by tall live oaks which run the full length of its two floors. The entrance hall, which is open to the ceiling of the second floor above, leads to two large bedrooms and one smaller bedroom, each with a king size bed and private bath. The two large bedrooms open through french doors to the large lower porch with rockers a step away for reading and relaxation. An oversized grill is located outside close to the back steps of the lower porch. Midsummer has a reserved guest parking space located directly in front.

The open high-ceiling upper floor of Midsummer features a large living room, a dining area and a large fully equipped kitchen with an island and pantry. The dining area is separated from the living room by an enclosed powder room and from the kitchen by an enclosed washer and dryer. The living room and kitchen open through french doors to the large upper porch which is ideal for breakfast, lunch, cocktails and dinner overlooking the beautiful lighted west side pool or just a quiet read in a chaise lounge or rocker. The living room has a large flat screen TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Max, Disney, Criterion Collection and cable.

If you need more room you can also rent Honahlea, the guest cottage for Midsummer. Honanlea adds a bedroom with a king bed and a living area and loft with two twins for the kids.  Rent Midsummer and Honahlea together and you’ll have a wonderful combination that will make a perfect vacation home for your entire family.

Midsummer Night's Dream and Honahlea were designed by award-winning architect Scott Merrill, the architect of the Seaside Chapel, who received the Seaside Prize in 2012.

Our family and friends loved Midsummer Nights Dream cottage in Seaside! The location was great - close to everything! Walking distance to the beach and the town square! The cottage was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home. Thank you to the property management company for all the help in getting us checked in and acclimated! We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed Midsummer Night's Dream cottage in Seaside! The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location was great - we could walk everywhere we wanted to go but there were also bikes provided so we used those to go visit the neighboring towns. So cute - all of it! Thank you! We will be back.
