Check out this perfectly pink paradise newly renovated in 2020! Mis B’ Haven sits down a secluded, pedestrian footpath called Rosewalk right on scenic highway 30A.

Upon your entrance you’ll be welcomed a charming world of pink and its updated kitchen area with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space to make a home cooked meal. There also sits a stacked washer and dryer.

The living room is updated with plenty of lounge seating and a dining area right off of its custom built-in window bench large enough for four. The living area has a flat screen TV and access to the rear porch. The porch has seating for two and a side table to enjoy a couple of drinks and soak up the Seaside sun.

The first level has a fill bathroom and shower tub combo that is shared throughout the cottage. There is also a double bedroom and twin bedroom. Up in the open loft is a king bed and private balcony. This balcony includes two chairs and overlooks the beautiful streets of Seaside. An extra for this cottage includes an outdoor shower to wash off after a long day at the beach!

*5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 3-night minimum Fall; 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  • Personalized service throughout your stay and starter amenities provided
  • 2 parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes are issued. A golf cart is considered a car.  Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

Really enjoyed our stay in Seaside....again. Have been on several occasions, but its been a few years. The Mis B' Haven property was as described, and the location was great...literally right across 30A from the beach. Parking for the property was a little challenging because it is on an alley with a couple adjoining properties, but we figured it out! Loved walking and riding bikes around the entirety of Seaside, scoping out properties for our next visit. And when you're on vacation and in Florida, it's all about seafood for dinner. Red Bar in Grayton Beach, Fish Out Of Water and Bud & Alley's are a few of our favorites. Most definitely would recommend Seaside in general as a destination, this property and Homeowner's Collection to friends and relatives. We'll be back!

Mis B Haven is an adorable beach cottage right on 30A and only steps away from the beach! My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this home... definitely a beach vibe, very clean and comfortable❣️ Its our second time staying here and we would highly recommend! Love Seaside��
