 New to our program in summer 2023, this family favorite pet-friendly Seaside home has a prime location on Forest Street, just steps to the West Side pool and a short walk to the beach. This large five-bedroom, beach cottage offers one-of-a-kind decor, room for ten, and an unforgettable Seaside vacation!  Arrive and park in the designated parking in front of the home and notice the double-decker spacious top and bottom furnished porches overlooking quaint Forest Street.

 You are welcomed by a large screened front porch overlooking quiet Forest Street that features outdoor dining for four, rockers, and a bench; the perfect place to sip morning coffee and plan your Seaside beach day.  Step inside to a bright interior and open floor plan, filled with airy vibes and more. The first floor open floor plan offers plenty of space for larger families with two open living areas to choose from both with plenty of comfortable seating, as well as flatscreen television. Nearby, guests can enjoy a convenient dining area, featuring a large, wooden table that seats ten people comfortably perfect for family meals in.  This level also holds a fully equipped, generous kitchen that faces the living and dining space, where guests can prepare a home cooked meal for the gang, or pack lunches for a fun filled day at the beach. The king primary suite is located on this level, and includes its own ensuite, full bath with a tub shower combo, as well as a private rear deck.

 Head up the staircase and onto a second level to find your own private library and seating area for all to enjoy. This level of the home features four more bedrooms. There is a second bedroom with two twins with ample storage that shares a full bathroom with the adjacent third bedroom with another two twins. The twins' shared bathroom features a tub and shower combo.  The fourth bedroom is a queen bedroom with French doors leading to the large, shared porch balcony complete with four Adirondack chairs, a perfect escape for an afternoon book or an evening nightcap. This queen bedroom has a full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, plenty of custom built-in storage, and a desk for working remotely. The fifth bedroom up another queen has front porch access as well and a private ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. There is a spiral tower off the library that leads to a glass-enclosed tower with a desk area for remote working, lounger chair and a bonus twin bed. Come live on beach time at the wonderful, ‘Mojo Biblio’ in Seaside, FL!

 *This home is pet friendly, but a non-refundable fee of $350 is required per pet. 2 pet maximum no more than 25lbs each pet.

* 5 night minimum in Summer, Spring, & Spring Break; 3 night minimum for Fall; 2 night minimum Winter.   Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

This property was perfect for our family that included 3 children. The location is ideal with a short walk to the pool and the beach. The interior is very nicely decorated and has everything that you need for a perfect vacation. Would definitely stay here again.

We had 10 people stay over the week of Christmas. The house was very accommodating and the kitchen well-stocked. We were just a couple blocks from Seaside and we enjoyed walking and biking to the many restaurants and shops. The pools and fitness center were very nice.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed Mojo Biblio! The location could not be beat and the house itself was so welcoming and beautiful. The beds were comfy and plenty of space for us to spread out and not be on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the welcome back from homeowners collection. We also loved the bikes - we were able to use them a lot, although the house was close to everything enough to walk! We will definitely be back to Mojo Biblio!!
