Welcome to Mojo Biblio, a beloved pet-friendly Seaside vacation home newly added to the program in summer 2023. Perfectly located on Forest Street in Seaside, Florida, this spacious five-bedroom cottage sits just steps from the West Side Pool and a short walk to the beach—making it an ideal choice for families, groups, and guests traveling with pets. With room to sleep up to 10 guests, Mojo Biblio delivers comfort, character, and a true Seaside lifestyle experience.

Prime Forest Street Location Near the Beach & West Side Pool

Mojo Biblio enjoys a highly desirable location in Seaside on Scenic Highway 30A, offering easy access to the beach, pools, and Seaside’s town center. Designated parking is located directly in front of the home, and the double-decker furnished porches provide charming views of quiet, tree-lined Forest Street.

Iconic Screened Porch & Outdoor Living

You’re welcomed by a large screened-in front porch overlooking Forest Street, complete with outdoor dining for four, rocking chairs, and a bench. This inviting space is perfect for sipping morning coffee, relaxing with a book, or planning your day at Seaside Beach.

Upstairs, a spacious shared balcony porch features Adirondack seating—ideal for afternoon reading or evening cocktails after a day on 30A.

Open-Concept First Floor for Gathering

Step inside to a bright, airy interior with a spacious open floor plan designed for larger families and groups. The first floor features two separate living areas, each offering ample comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV—giving everyone space to relax.

Adjacent to the living areas is a dining space with a large wooden table that comfortably seats ten, perfect for shared meals and memorable gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen faces the living and dining spaces, making it easy to prepare home-cooked meals or pack lunches for the beach.

Also located on the first floor is the king primary suite, featuring a private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination and access to a private rear deck, offering a peaceful retreat.

Second Floor Bedrooms, Library & Workspaces

Upstairs, guests will find a cozy private library and seating area, ideal for reading or quiet downtime. This level includes four additional bedrooms:

  • A bedroom with two twin beds, sharing a full bathroom with an adjacent twin bedroom
  • A second two-twin bedroom, also sharing the full bathroom with a tub/shower combo
  • A queen bedroom with French doors opening to the shared balcony porch, featuring Adirondack chairs—perfect for relaxing outdoors. This room also includes a full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, custom built-in storage, and a dedicated desk for remote work
  • A second queen bedroom with front porch access and a private en-suite bathroom featuring a single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower

Bonus Tower Retreat & Flexible Sleeping

Off the library, a spiral staircase leads to a glass-enclosed tower retreat, complete with a desk area for remote work, a lounger chair, and a bonus twin bed—adding extra flexibility for sleeping or quiet productivity.

Whether you’re gathering with family, traveling with friends, or enjoying life on beach time with your four-legged companion, Mojo Biblio offers a relaxed, memorable stay in the heart of Seaside, Florida.

* Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions. An additional $100 per day rental pet fee will be collected, in addition to the flat $200 pet fee, for five-bedroom homes.  Pets will not be allowed on furniture.  No more than 25 lbs. per pet.

* 5 night minimum in Summer, Spring, & Spring Break; 3 night minimum for Fall; 2 night minimum Winter.   Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  • Guest services: Personalized service throughout your stay with starter amenities provided
  • Parking & golf cart policy: Two parking passes issued for two-bedroom and larger homes; golf carts are considered a vehicle and count toward parking limits; golf carts are prohibited for non-homeowners visiting Seaside; exceptions for medical or special circumstances require an approved permit
  • Pet-friendly: Up to two pets permitted, each weighing 25 lbs or less
