Monday's Child has the premier location on Savannah Street directly across from the beach with stunning gulf views from the second-floor balcony overlooking 30A and Savannah Pavilion.  This home has a premier location across from the beach and just two blocks to the Seaside Amphitheater and downtown Seaside with over 40 restaurants and shops all within walking distance of your cottage.

Monday’s Child faces 30A with an expansive front porch surrounded with lush landscaping providing privacy and features multiple outdoor seating areas. There is an outdoor dining table for six, an adjacent outdoor lounge area, and two rockers in the center perfect for morning coffee. Entrance is through the porch into the first floor open combined living areas featuring comfortable living, dining, and the newly renovated kitchen. The living room has ample seating for all and a flat screen TV.  The adjacent dining comfortably seats six and the new kitchen has been completely renovated. The kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances, a new induction stove top, a center island, and a large stainless-steel fridge with icemaker and water dispenser.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The first, a queen primary bedroom with a private just renovated primary bathroom. The queen has ample closet space and its own bathroom with a single vanity and a tub/shower combo. The second queen bedroom has a newly added built in custom twin bunk bed and an adjacent shared full bathroom. The just renovated full bathroom features a single vanity and a walk-in shower.  Upstairs there is a landing floor with a charming children’s area for a reading and sitting nook. Up the stairs to the bonus queen loft bedroom with balcony access. This open bedroom loft features a queen bed and access to the open-air balcony that provides stunning panoramic Seaside town and gulf views!

Need additional space, check out the rear guest cottage Sea For Two that is a queen guest cottage that comfortably sleeps two more!

* 5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 3 night minimum Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign the registration.

Our house, Mondays Child, was wonderful! It was perfectly clean and very comfortable... Plenty of room for everyone. We were surprised at the welcome gifts in the kitchen when we arrived, and we thoroughly enjoyed all of it. Everything was seamless, from receiving access codes to the house & the beach to Cabana Man for beach chair reservations and the seaside transit authority for our bicycles. The management staff followed up with us periodically throughout our trip and responded quickly to any questions we had. Everyone was friendly and helpful, which made our vacation so enjoyable! It was my daughters boyfriends first time to the beach in his life, and this trip set the standard for any future beach trips they plan to have. We plan to return frequently. Thank you for a wonderful getaway.

We were here for a week & had a wedding to attend. The location is great if beach access is your top priority. Because it is on 30A, just know it is noisy due to all the car and golf cart traffic + bike and walking traffic. The trees in front of cottage help immensely to provide some privacy. The cottage itself has a great front porch..we spent a lot of our time on the porch. Inside is nice..we felt the bedrooms were too small for our preference. Really wasnt enough room for clothes, suitcases, etc. its really 2 bedrooms + a loft w/ a bed. was fine, but we probably wont stay here again. We would prefer further away from the main road and a bigger place. Still a 5 star review from us...because its awesome to be in 30A with the beauty of the area.

My husband and I along with 4 teenage boys enjoyed a fantastic vacation at Mondays Child! The location was IDEAL, across from beach entrance, 2 blocks from Seaside center, straight walk to soccer field, volleyball, tennis, & pickle ball courts. Mondays Childs front porch is huge, filled with furniture, made it fun to witness 30A action. The home was spacious and clean. Each teen had their own bed! Highly recommend this property & Seaside!

House is perfect. Nice to have living and sleeping quarters on the first floor. It's a couple blocks from shops & restaurants and across the street from the beach (next to beach access).
