Monday's Child has a premier location on Savannah Street only 75 feet to the beach access with slight gulf views from the second-floor balcony!  This home has a premier Seaside Proper location across from the beach and just two blocks to the Seaside Amphitheater and downtown Seaside with over 35 restaurants and shops all within walking distance from your front door.

Monday’s Child faces 30A with an expansive wrap around front porch surrounded by lush landscaping providing privacy and features multiple outdoor living areas. There is an outdoor dining table for six perfect for dining alfresco, an adjacent outdoor lounge area, and four rockers perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.  Just off this open air porch is a large charcoal grill perfect for afternoon grilling.

Entrance is through the porch into the first floor open combined living areas featuring comfortable living, dining, with a newly renovated kitchen. The kitchen features quartz counter tops, custom built in new cabinets, all new stainless steel appliances, a large double door fridge with water and ice dispenser, a five burner electrical stove top and a center stainless steel island all open to the adjacent dining and living areas to keep family connected while preparing evening meals.  The adjacent dining area is just off the kitchen to the left comfortably seats six.  The adjacent living room has a large built in bay window perfect for reading an afternoon book. The adjacent living room features a three seat large sofa, a love seat, and an additional club chair all set up perfectly to enjoy the large flat screen TV and basks in the natural light from double doors that open onto the wrap around porch.  

Downstairs there are two queen bedrooms on the first floor. The first is a queen primary bedroom with a private just renovated primary bathroom. The queen has ample closet space and its own ensuite renovated bathroom. The bathroom features a single vanity, quartz counters, and a tub/shower combination. The second queen bedroom down features a newly renovated ensuite bathroom and has a custom built in twin bunk; a perfect kids room. There is a closet for storage and the ensuite bathroom has been recently renovated and features a large single vanity with quartz counters as well as a glass enclosed walk in shower. Off the living areas are stairs to the second floor bonus loft that features another queen bed and access to an open air balcony. The open air balcony has slight gulf views and is the perfect private perch to enjoy the Fourt of July or New Year's Eve fireworks from the privacy of your home.   

Additional bonuses include the outdoor shower off the rear of the home perfect to rinse off after long sandy beach days and a stackable full size washer and dryer! Monday's Child is a family favorite with its prime Seaside Proper location just 75 feet to the beach and only a 3 minute walk to downtown Seaside Amphitheater where you can enjoy Friday night movies under the stars, outdoor concerts, the Saturday Farmer's Market, and mutliple dining and shopping options!

Need additional space, check out the rear guest cottage Sea For Two that is a queen guest cottage that comfortably sleeps two more!

We had a great experience in Seaside! We just happened to leave the day before Beryl hit the Texas coast and we spent the week in Monday's Child. The property is great and the location is a perfect mix of proximity to the beach and just a quick walk to the city center.Our entire family had a great time and we are ready to return next year!

My husband and I along with 4 teenage boys enjoyed a fantastic vacation at Mondays Child! The location was IDEAL, across from beach entrance, 2 blocks from Seaside center, straight walk to soccer field, volleyball, tennis, & pickle ball courts. Mondays Childs front porch is huge, filled with furniture, made it fun to witness 30A action. The home was spacious and clean. Each teen had their own bed! Highly recommend this property & Seaside!
