Monday's Child has the premier location on Savannah Street directly across from the beach with stunning gulf views from the second-floor balcony overlooking 30A and Savannah Pavilion.  This home has a premier location across from the beach and just two blocks to the Seaside Amphitheater and downtown Seaside with over 40 restaurants and shops all within walking distance of your cottage.

Monday’s Child faces 30A with an expansive front porch surrounded with lush landscaping providing privacy and features multiple outdoor seating areas. There is an outdoor dining table for six, an adjacent outdoor lounge area, and two rockers in the center perfect for morning coffee. Entrance is through the porch into the first floor open combined living areas featuring comfortable living, dining, and the newly renovated kitchen. The living room has ample seating for all and a flat screen TV.  The adjacent dining comfortably seats six and the new kitchen has been completely renovated. The kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances, a new induction stove top, a center island, and a large stainless-steel fridge with icemaker and water dispenser.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The first, a queen master bedroom with a private just renovated master bathroom. The queen has ample closet space and its own bathroom with a single vanity and a tub/shower combo. The second queen bedroom has a newly added built in custom twin bunk bed and an adjacent shared full bathroom. The just renovated full bathroom features a single vanity and a walk-in shower.  Upstairs there is a landing floor with a charming children’s area for a reading and sitting nook. Up the stairs to the bonus queen loft bedroom with balcony access. This open bedroom loft features a queen bed and access to the open-air balcony that provides stunning panoramic Seaside town and gulf views!

This was a beautiful house and we loved every minute! The location could not be beat - we were so close to everything by foot, we didn't even need a car. We did enjoy the complimentary bikes for our longer trips to visit the neighboring areas also. Thank you to the homeowners collection for the help in finding this cottage and getting settled. Monday's Child was spacious, clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!
