Nice three bedroom. Loft good for teens. Great location close to all shops and restaurants but far enough to be quiet spot. Management even helped us get a make up mirror we needed. Nice porch for coffee or after dinner games. Lovely vacation cottage.

This is a great home right by the beach pavilion, and a quick walk from the heart of Seaside, the Tennis/Fitness Center, and Family& Adult pools. While a bit busy in peak evenings while people are coming / going to downtown, its a nice spot to be for a family.

My husband and I along with 4 teenage boys enjoyed a fantastic vacation at Mondays Child! The location was IDEAL, across from beach entrance, 2 blocks from Seaside center, straight walk to soccer field, volleyball, tennis, & pickle ball courts. Mondays Childs front porch is huge, filled with furniture, made it fun to witness 30A action. The home was spacious and clean. Each teen had their own bed! Highly recommend this property & Seaside!
