And now the new owners have completely renovated both floors of the unit, converting this treasured apartment from a one to a two-bedroom and 2 ½ bath penthouse with all new furnishings!

On entry, your family and guests will be greeted by an open and inviting design: Kitchen-Dining-Living Room-Balcony-Powder Room all on level one. Cozy island seating for two faces the newly remodeled kitchen (with the latest induction stovetop and appliances). The family room features a large screen TV, sleeper sofa/couch, comfy chairs, and a dining table for six. Upgraded, high-speed Internet service is available throughout the unit.  An outdoor balcony with café table and chairs overlooking the iconic Seaside Square and Gulf guarantees carefree time-watching people, the Gulf of Mexico, farmers’ markets, and Amphitheater entertainment.

Upstairs, the fully renovated second floor leads to a private primary suite with a new and spacious bathroom and TV entertainment center. A spacious and comfy window seat offers unparalleled gulf and town views day and night and doubles as an intimate nook for curling up with a favorite book or simply watching TV. A second bunk/bedroom and private bath with shower/tub have been added to accommodate two more guests. Everyone can also enjoy access to a private, open-air rooftop patio with chaise lounge seating. Outside the unit, guests can share with the six other units at 25 Central Square the expansive patio, with coffee tables, chairs, and stunning Seaside vistas. The space is a unique and bonus venue to relax and even get to know some of your Seaside neighbors!

A More Perfect View is an art lover’s paradise as well, featuring original art by acclaimed American artist Sonya Sklaroff (www.sonyasklaroff.com), a mesmerizing photo by world-renowned photographer Ira Meyer (www.irameyerphotography.com), and sculptures by metal genius Chris Erney, www.christophererney.com.  

The unit is a one minute walk to the Coleman Pavilion and Seaside Pavilion beach access, and steps from all the restaurants, food trucks and shops that Seaside has to offer. "A More Perfect View" is the prime Seaside location for the "more perfect" getaway.

Limited parking for 25 Central Square guests is available directly behind the building on a first-come-first-serve basis. Paid parking is also available throughout Smolian Circle for additional guests.

A private elevator provides coded access to the third-floor entry. 

* 5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer; 3- night Fall & Holiday,  2-night minimum Winter.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

This is a very nice unit with excellent features and if the full "Seaside Experience" is what you are after this is an outstanding choice.We went because for our 17 year old daughter, this was right up her alley. I prefer seclusion to crowds but I'm old and stuck in my ways.The condo was really nice, the management company does a great job in communicating and responding and we have no complaints at all and highly recommend using them.Our daughter had a great time and that's why we went.

My family and I stayed at this place for the week and it was great. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and in the middle of all the action. The place was clean and very spacious for our family of four. The parking is the only downside as there is no assigned spot but there is plenty of nearby parking. Will definitely be back to Seaside and would definitely stay here again.
