Experience Seaside, Florida at ‘Musician’- a luxurious, penthouse just renovated to the studs in winter 2023; now featuring a completely renovated kitchen, king primary bedroom, open air balcony off living, and a roof top with stunning gulf views that is brand new to our program! Guests can locate this vacation haven on the third floor of Seaside’s own Dreamland Heights building in Central Square, located directly across from the beach and on the Seaside Amphitheater.

Step into an elevator and onto an inviting, spacious, common outdoor space that overlooks the gulf, Pickle’s, Bud and Alley’s, and other beloved local businesses. What better way to kick off your beach getaway than to be greeted by this gulf view? An entry door can be found nearby, and take guests into a freshly renovated, bright and airy interior, offering a spacious feel and plenty of natural light that radiates through windows throughout. A fully equipped, renovated, tastefully decorated kitchen lives on the first level, featuring both modern and coastal decor and colors, a generous area to prepare a delicious meal or coffee, and a convenient dining space for two. The kitchen features a full-size large sub-zero refrigerator, a compact dishwasher, a Miele mini oven, and a full-size Miele four-burner electric stove. Not far from the kitchen is the full-size bathroom just off the king primary, featuring all marble floors, single vanity, and a glass-enclosed marble shower with a rain shower head. The adjacent king primary suite has black-out curtains and is outfitted with a large mounted flat Screen TV and access to a private spacious open-air balcony complete with outdoor bar top dining for four with breathtaking rooftop views and slight gulf views.

The second level provides a well-decorated, open living space paired with a comfortable sofa (with a queen sleeper sofa for two more) and additional seating for all with a large mounted flatscreen television. A spectacular treat lies just beyond a final staircase- a large, open-air deck overlooking the gulf, town, treetops, ‘The Court’ boutique hotel, beautiful architecture, and more. This open-air rooftop deck features bar seating for two and chaise loungers for two providing incredible 360-degree panoramic Seaside town and gulf views with the most amazing sunsets. This rare penthouse is the perfect spot for your next unforgettable Seaside, FL vacation.

  • A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit

We have been coming to Seaside for many years and always like to try new places. This is definitely our favorite one bedroom. The location is perfect for us - right in the heart of Seaside and close to shops and restaurants. Of course it's a quick walk across the street to the beach as well. The interior was very clean and tidy. Bed was super comfy. Loved the decor. We will be back to Musician for sure!! Thank you for the welcome bag and bicycle rentals, that was a nice treat!

We had the best time. Excellent location. We could walk to everything in seconds. Steps to the beach, stores and restaurants. The unit itself was so clean and very cute. We loved the music theme throughout the unit. Comfortably slept 2 adults in the bedroom and 2 kids in the loft. The rooftop terrace was a really unique feature that we put lots of use to during our stay. We had views from every window. What a magical vacation this was for us. We can't wait to come back. Thank you!

My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed at Musician for a week. It is always a please working with Homeowner's Collection. They are very welcoming and are quick to respond to any texts or emails. Musician is in a great location - close to everything.

Excellent condition ! Great location. Best for one or two people as space is tight but there is a sleeper sofa. Note if sleeping with windows open- there are early morning deliveries and trash removal. The house was immaculate- thanks to the good care and eye of the Homeowners Collection team.
