Welcome to "My Three Sons," a charming seaside home nestled on Forest Street, just two blocks from the West Side pool and the beautiful beach at West Ruskin Pavilion. This perfectly located cottage offers short walking distances to the Seaside Amphitheater, Air Stream Row, and Ruskin Park, making it an ideal spot for your beach getaway.

"My Three Sons" boasts fantastic outdoor living spaces designed to enhance your vacation experience. Enjoy your mornings with a cup of coffee on the wide-open porch, complete with Adirondack seating for four, where you can take in the views of the white picket fenced yard. The second-floor porch spans the entire length of the home, offering ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The first screened-in porch, adjacent to the kitchen, features dining for six and a fun bar area with seating for two. This leads to a large open-air balcony with a lounge seating area and a swing, perfect for family meals and games in the fresh air.

The first floor of "My Three Sons" includes three well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a chaise lounge, a large mounted flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with an updated glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The second bedroom, a bunk room, accommodates four with its two bunk beds and includes a small flat-screen TV. French doors in this room open to the front porch, and the adjacent bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower/tub combination. The third bedroom, also with a king bed, includes ample storage, a closet, a dresser, and its own flat-screen TV. This room has a new ensuite bathroom with marble counters, a single vanity, and a walk-in shower.

On the second floor, you'll find an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining, and living areas. French doors open to the expansive upstairs porch, providing stunning views of Seaside town and the treetops. The living room is furnished with large sofas, a queen sleeper sofa, and a large mounted flat-screen TV. The renovated kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, new countertops, and a large sink. The central dining area seats eight comfortably, with additional outdoor dining for six on the porch. A convenient half bath is located off the kitchen for guest use.

We enjoyed our stay in Seaside. The home was beautiful and in a great location walking distance to all the fun. The property management team was probably the best I've ever dealt with over the years and I've rented A LOT of home. They stopped by to check on us after our arrival and kept in touch via text. Extremely easy to work with and very professional!

This was our Milton evacuation hideaway and we feel so lucky to have stayed at My Three Sons cottage. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. The linens, toiletries, coffee, wine, beach towels were all chosen thoughtfully and were so appreciated by our group of 4.

We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised that the property manager graciously reached out and gave us early access which was super helpful.The service was excellent! The home is totally renovated and tastefully appointed to support 1 large or 2 small families.Location is top notch for reasons with a 5 min walk to the beach and 3 min walk to Seaside CommonsWe stay in Seaside usually 1-2 times a year and this has been one of the better experiences

We spend a lot of time there as it offers a breeze and you feel like you are perched in a tree house. The kitchen is small, but it's all we need for a week. The living area is decorated beautifully!
