My Three Sons is designed for outdoor living, offering multiple porches and gathering spaces that truly set this home apart. Start your mornings on the wide-open front porch, furnished with Adirondack seating for four and overlooking the white picket–fenced yard. A second-floor porch runs the full length of the home, creating an elevated retreat with views of Seaside’s treetops and townscape.
Just off the kitchen, the screened-in porch features a dining table for six and a fun bar area with seating for two. From there, step onto a spacious open-air balcony with lounge seating and a swing—perfect for family meals, card games, or winding down after a day at the beach.
First-Floor Bedrooms with Private Baths
The first level of the home offers three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each with its own bathroom—ideal for families or groups traveling together. The king primary suite includes a chaise lounge, a large mounted flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with an updated glass-enclosed walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is a bunk room sleeping four, complete with a small flat-screen TV and French doors that open directly onto the front porch. The adjacent bathroom features a tub and shower combination with glass enclosure. The third bedroom is another king suite, offering ample storage, a dresser, a mounted flat-screen TV, and a newly updated ensuite bathroom with marble countertops, a single vanity, and a walk-in shower.

FAQs
Check-in time begins at 4PM. You will receive a folder that includes parking passes, a Seaside map, beach access cards, swim & fitness passes (if applicable) and general information. Please contact us at 855-411-1557 if you anticipate a late arrival. If you arrive before 4 pm and your cottage is not ready, please plan to pay to park around Smolian Circle.
Check-out time is 10 AM. Please turn off all lights and electronics, make sure the windows and doors are closed, trash is removed, and the house is secure.
You can reserve beach chairs and umbrellas from Cabana Man onsite in Seaside, Florida. Once you reserve your home a Cabana Man booking code will be sent with your reservation confirmation email and you can book your beach set up by going to http://www.cabanaman.com.
