Discover this updated delightful Seaside home, My Three Sons new to inventory in 2022! This home is located on Forest Street and is only 2 blocks to the West End pool and the beach at West Ruskin Pavilion. This home has a great Seaside location and is short walking distance to the Seaside Amphitheater, Air Stream Row, and Ruskin Park. My Three Sons features a large fenced in yard with an outdoor charcoal grilling area just off the front porch!

This cottage has incredible outdoor spaces with large porches both up and down that have outdoor dining and a lounge area. The wide open porch down has Adirondack seating for four and is the perfect spot to enjoy that morning coffee while catching the views of your white picket fenced in yard. The second-floor porch runs the entire length of the home! The first screened in porch is off the kitchen and has outdoor dining for six and adjacent fun bar area with seating for two. This balcony is adjacent to the large open air balcony that features a lounge seating area and a swing. These porches are the perfect spot for outdoor family meals and games!

On the first floor are the three main bedrooms each with their own private bathroom!. The first is a large king primary, with a chaise lounge, closet, a large mounted flat screen TV, and private primary bathroom.  The private primary bath has been updated and features a glass enclosed walk in shower. The second bedroom is the bunk room with two bunks sleeping four in total with a small flat screen mounted television and french doors that open to the front porch. This bedroom is connected to a private full bathroom featuring an updated glass enclosed shower/tub combination. The third bedroom, a king, is open and has a large wall mounted flat screen TV, and a brand new private full bathroom in 2022.   

The second floor features the sought-after open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a combined kitchen, dining, and large living area that features French doors that open to the expansive upstairs open porch with amazing outdoor living spaces overlooking Seaside town and treetop views. The living room has large sofas with plenty of seating for all, a queen sleeper sofa, and a large mounted flat screen TV. The kitchen has been renovated and features all stainless-steel appliances, new counter tops and a large sink. The center dining area comfortably seats eight and there is outdoor dining for six more on the porch! There is a half bath off of the kitchen for guest use. Additional perks: this cottage has an enclosed outdoor shower, a charcoal grill, a full-size washer and dryer, and a spacious courtyard area.

* 5- night minimum Spring & Spring Break, and Summer. Sat to Sat 7 night stay only July 4th week. 3-night minimum Fall, and 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

This house was prefect & just right for a group of 9. Son slept on pull out couch so 8 is best if you don't want to sleep there. The location was prefect easy walk to beach and town square. Great house porches are amazing!

We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised that the property manager graciously reached out and gave us early access which was super helpful.The service was excellent! The home is totally renovated and tastefully appointed to support 1 large or 2 small families.Location is top notch for reasons with a 5 min walk to the beach and 3 min walk to Seaside CommonsWe stay in Seaside usually 1-2 times a year and this has been one of the better experiences

We chose to came back to this home for a 2nd time after staying at many homes in Seaside. It's a great location, cozy, clean and fits our family of 6. My favorite part is the 2nd floor balcony! We spend a lot of time there as it offers a breeze and you feel like you are perched in a tree house. The kitchen is small, but it's all we need for a week. The living area is decorated beautifully!
