The open-concept layout includes a dedicated dining room with a farmhouse table seating eight, perfect for family meals and gatherings. The adjacent kitchen is fully updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, bar seating for two, and generous cabinetry stocked with cookware. A side foyer provides access to the grill area, along with a rear laundry room for added convenience.

FIRST-FLOOR BEDROOMS & UPDATED BATHS

The first floor includes two bedrooms. The front king bedroom offers front porch access, closets, and use of a shared nearby full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom at the rear is a serene queen bedroom with an ensuite bath with walk-in shower and French doors opening to the rear screened porch.

SCREENED PORCH & PRIVATE FENCED YARD

The rear screened porch overlooks a fully fenced and gated private yard that extends from front to back. Outdoor amenities include comfortable seating, a picnic table for al fresco dining, and a lush lawn ideal for relaxing or yoga.
