Oasis is a recently updated and renovated home with new furnishings and accessories throughout with incredible outdoor spaces all located directly in Seaside. This home has a prime location just a short walk to the beach, the West side family pool, and downtown Seaside, and is on a less traveled street. 

Pull up and there are two designated parking spots in front of your cheery home, the one with the bright yellow front door. Step inside and you are greeted by your first (of three) outdoor porches. This one is an open-air porch with three Adirondack chairs, the perfect spot for morning coffee overlooking a side yard.

Step inside and there is a spacious open floor plan featuring a renovated kitchen, adjacent dining area, living room, a full bathroom, and a rear screened-in porch the length of the home. (porch #2) The renovated kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, a large double-door fridge, and a large breakfast bar with seating for four more. The adjacent dining area has two benches and can comfortably seat 6 – 8.  The living room has two large, slip-covered sofas, a club chair, and a large mounted flat-screen TV with a soundbar. The sofa is a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate two more.  Off the living room is a full renovated bathroom with a single vanity and a glass-enclosed shower with a rainhead.

Off the rear of the home is the second porch, a large screened-in porch that runs the length of the home with a lounge seating area with 2 club chairs and a sofa as well as an adjacent bar top seating for two, this is a favorite hangout spot and location for dining alfresco. Off the porch is a rear deck with a large charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and a chaise lounger surrounded by a well-kept lush private yard and white picket fence.

On the second floor, you will find all three bedrooms and yet another amazing third porch!  The first bedroom is a very generous king primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and access to the shared screened porch. The primary has ample space and storage as well as a flat-screen smart TV and a large renovated private bathroom with a single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower with rain shower head.  The screened-in porch has a bed swing and a large sectional lounger sofa, the perfect afternoon spot for a book or a prime location for an evening glass of wine.

The second bedroom is an updated king with a smart TV, a double door closet, a renovated shared full bathroom, and access to the screened-in porch. The third bedroom is a kids' favorite, the bunk room with two twin bunks, a dresser, a flat-screen smart TV, and a shared renovated full bathroom. The full bathroom features double vanities, and a tub & shower combination bathroom.

With three incredible porches, selecting a favorite morning coffee spot will be tough! This home is a family favorite all with a prime location within walking distance to all things Seaside.

* 5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 3-night minimum Fall; 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

The vacation rental experience for the six members of our party was very satisfying. The property was well maintained, comfortably furnished and extremely well located. The Oasis was the perfect home for our vacation! The location of the home is EVERYTHING and the Homeowners Collection Staff were amazing in answering questions and the welcome gifts were so nice! The home was clean and comfy for my husband and I, as well as our teenagers. Loved every moment!

We had such a wonderful time at the Oasis this past week. We had 2 small children and were able to rent baby equipment easily through a Homeowners Collection concierge. Everything was within walking distance (even with 2 kids). The home was in great shape. We loved having coffee on one of the 3 balconies each morning and letting the kiddos play before heading out to the beach or into town. We will definitely book through Homeowners Collection for our next Seaside getaway. Thank you for the family memories!
