Situated on an oversized lot, this charming retreat offers a central location just one block from the Seaside Town Center and Amphitheater, with the beach only a short stroll away. Designed to comfortably sleep up to four guests, the home features a king loft bedroom and a second bedroom with two twin beds, making it perfect for families or couples traveling together.

Open-Air Porch & Inviting Entry

Guests enter through a private side entrance that opens onto a large open-air porch furnished with outdoor dining for six. This shaded space is ideal for morning coffee, casual meals, or unwinding in the evening with a nightcap while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

Open Living, Dining & Kitchen Area

Inside, soaring ceilings and an open-concept layout create a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The living area flows seamlessly into the dining and kitchen spaces, making it easy to gather and relax. The dining table comfortably seats six, while the kitchen breakfast bar provides additional seating for four. The full-size kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample storage, offering everything needed for short or extended stays in Seaside.

Upstairs Bedrooms & Private Balconies

Upstairs, the king loft bedroom serves as a serene retreat and features its own private furnished balcony—perfect for stepping outside to enjoy fresh air each morning. The second upstairs bedroom includes two twin beds and its own charming open-air balcony overlooking the landscaped yard, mature trees, and classic white picket fences. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

Flexible Lock-Off Option

For guests seeking a more intimate stay, the one-bedroom lock-off configuration, Once Upon A Tide I, may be rented separately and comfortably sleeps two, offering flexibility without sacrificing location or comfort.

* Please be advised that some exterior areas of this home are under video surveillance.  HVAC thermostat is locked to not allow air conditioning temperature to be set below 68.

* Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign the registration. 3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break | 5-night minimum Summer | 3-night minimum Fall | 2-night minimum Winter.

We stayed at Once Upon a Tide II and it was a dream. The accommodations were great, plenty of room for our family of 3. And extremely comfortable! My wife and I loved the built-in closet/storage in the Master loft. The Living and Dining areas were comfortable and the Kitchen had everything we needed! Homeowners Collection always does a great job preparing our rental for our stay. This is our 4th stay with them and were already looking through their listings for next year!

The unit was great! It was the perfect size for our family of four. Kitchen was plenty big, and the outdoor amenities were awesome! Loved having access to outdoor seating, dining, and a grill. Would definitely stay there again!

Once Upon A Tide cottage was everything we could have asked for! The interior was so beautiful and we felt right at home. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was marvelous! The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The location of the cottage was really ideal for our group. Everything was just a short stroll and we also had use of the two complimentary bikes that came with the rental, thanks to the Homeowners Collection! We can not wait to stay at Once Upon A Tide again - what a treat the entire trip was!!
