EXTENSIVE RENOVATION WINTER 2021!! Renovated kitchen with quartz countertops, farmhouse sink, and all new appliances. Renovated bathrooms. All new paint inside and out!  

You’ll say “Ooh-La-La” when you come through the front door of this significant beach home.  It is decorated throughout with a fun-loving and whimsical style.  This is an immensely popular beach home rental.  On the first floor, walk into a colorful living room where a queen sleeper sofa provides an additional sleeping option.  The dining room, a full bath, and the kitchen are also located on the first floor.  The kitchen is fully equipped for all cooking needs.  In the morning, enjoy your coffee and watch the world go by.

There are three bedrooms on the second floor which includes a king bedroom with an en-suite bath.  A bedroom containing twin-sized bunk beds and another with a king-sized bed share a bath located in the hallway.  A daybed with a trundle is located in the third-floor loft area.  The lookout tower is accessible from the loft.  The tower provides unforgettable Gulf views and is perfect at sunset. 

For the epitome of Southern style and vintage charm, this is the cottage for you.  Its location affords beautiful views of both the town and the Gulf.  An expanded backyard features a grill, seating areas, and an outdoor shower.  This cottage exudes charm and comfort. 

* 5 night minimum Summer & Spring. Only available for rent during Summer season.   Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

This cottage was everything we needed and wanted! We have stayed in many different cottages on 30A, and this one is our favorite so far! The back patio was a perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. Conveniently located to the pool and Odessa Pavillion. The staff at Homeowners Collection is top notch! Would love to stay here again!

This home exceeded our expectations on many levels. It was well stocked. Super clean and cozy. The attention to detail was perfect. We arrived a bit later in the night after the sun had gone down and every light was on and a nice welcome bag when we arrived on the kitchen counter. Nothing was out of place and parking is reserved right in front of the home. The home was spotless too. We will for sure be back!

Great stay over Memorial Day week 2022. We have previously stayed at Seaside a number of times so we have a good basis for comparison. This property was by far the best we have ever stayed. Newly renovated, cleanest, up-to-date. Great attention to detail, marvelous artwork throughout, a 5 star first class residence. Everything worked properly, could not find a thing to complain about except the gardenias were a little slow to bloom (have to work on that!). Could use a few more blankets and different pillows for those of us who were very sensitive. Back patio was wonderful, OK grill, landscaping excellent, though some outdoor cushions would be great. Outdoor shower very useful with a spray hose that became indispensable. Kitchen well stocked with cooking stuff. My wife is a designer and we are well versed in decor....this property was professionally done and easy to live in. WiFi a bit weak but manageable. Great A/C and hot water availability. Appliances good, but could use better ventilation above the range (microwave vent is poor and bacon can set off smoke alarms). Overall extremely satisfied and would definitely stay here again. FYI, Seaside pricing is now over-the-top, all properties and restaurants are way too proud of their food and services. Quality good, service good, pricing sometimes laughable and we are used to Ritz-Carlton type environments. Expect $500-1000/day for food family of 4.

From the houses we have rented from previously in Seaside, this house had plentiful kitchen gadgets, silverware, and pots/pans. My only complaint is that there needed to be more towels (for 8 guests) and starter items (salt/pepper, dishwasher/laundry soap).
