Welcome to, ‘Our Place by the Sea a stand-alone single-family residence for four with several outdoor spaces, private parking, and a large private yard in Seaside, Florida!’ New to the program this generous stand-alone single-family home will become your new family favorite! This private residence has designated private parking in front and two generous porches up and down as well as outdoor dining and an open-air tower. This home lives very large!

The first screened porch greets guests with an outdoor swing and two rockers as well as a side deck, this is a perfect morning coffee location and start to the day. Inside there is a spacious living room with a large flat screen TV with a Sonos sound bar, the perfect hang-out for family movie nights. There is a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate two more. The adjacent renovated kitchen has quartz countertops, all stainless steel appliances, and adjacent bar seating for two more. Off the kitchen is the dining room featuring a round table with ample seating for four to six.  Double doors from the dining room lead to a rear deck with Adirondack seating for two and an additional deck with outdoor dining for six in the privacy of your generous private backyard. There is a convenient renovated half bath located on this first floor for guests.

On the second floor is the generous king primary suite with an ensuite bathroom and access to your own open-air private porch. The king primary has a large flat-screen TV and ample storage with two large dressers. The private renovated bathroom features a single vanity with a large counter, plenty of additional storage, and a glass enclosed tub & shower combination. Double doors lead to a delightful open-air private porch with two rockers and a third Adirondack rocker and is a perfect escape for an afternoon book or an evening nightcap after a long beach-filled day.

Just off this bedroom lives the tower access. The open-air tower is accessed via a ship's ladder and features Adirondack bar seating for two. The tower offers incredible Seaside town and slight gulf views and the most amazing sunsets to be found overlooking the majestic Seaside town rooftops and the gulf. This is the perfect evening escape for two!

Off the rear of the home is the enclosed outdoor shower, the Adirondack seating for two, the outdoor dining, and a charcoal grill. Other amenities include a stackable washer & dryer on the first floor. This Seaside, Florida escape will provide an unforgettable, coastal reset! Come experience, 'Our Place by the Sea.'

Our Place by the Sea was such a treat! We really enjoyed our week-long vacation in Seaside. The cottage was spacious and comfortable. Super clean and the beds were great! The location was perfect for our family - we could walk to everything in the town and when we wanted to venture out further, we used the bikes that were provided by the homeowner's collection! We highly recommend this cottage!

We can not say enough great thingsa bout Our Place By The Sea in Seaside. We have been to Seaside many times and we will definitely be back to Our Place! It was so nicely decorated and the location was perfect! It was on a nice, quiet street yet so close to the shops, restaurants and beach. What a treat! Thank you Homeowners Collection, as always, for a wonderful vacation!
