Welcome to Our Place by the Sea, a rare stand-alone single-family vacation home in the heart of Seaside, Florida. Designed for up to four guests, this thoughtfully appointed retreat features multiple outdoor living spaces, a large private yard, and open air tower, and private parking—a limited and valuable offering in Seaside. Spacious and welcoming, this home lives larger than expected and is destined to become a favorite coastal escape for couples or small families.

INVITING OUTDOOR LIVING & PRIVATE YARD

Guests are greeted by a screened front porch featuring an outdoor swing and rocking chairs—an ideal spot for morning coffee or unwinding after a beach day. Additional outdoor living includes two generous porches, multiple decks, and an open-air tower, all surrounded by the privacy of a large, fenced yard. With outdoor dining, Adirondack seating, and a charcoal grill, this home seamlessly blends indoor comfort with Seaside’s signature outdoor lifestyle.

COMFORTABLE LIVING SPACES FOR RELAXING TOGETHER

Inside, the spacious living room offers a large flat-screen TV with a Sonos sound bar, making it perfect for family movie nights or relaxed evenings in. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping accommodations when needed. The open layout allows for easy flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a comfortable and inviting gathering space with a half bath on the first floor.

RENOVATED KITCHEN & DINING AREA

The fully renovated kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating for two, making meal prep both functional and stylish. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area includes a round table with seating for four to six, ideal for shared meals or game nights. Double doors open to the rear deck, leading to outdoor dining and quiet backyard seating.

PRIVATE KING PRIMARY SUITE WITH PORCH ACCESS

Upstairs, the king primary bedroom suite offers a peaceful retreat with a large flat-screen TV, ample storage, and an ensuite bathroom. The renovated bathroom features a glass-enclosed tub and shower combination, generous counter space, and additional storage. Step through double doors onto your private open-air porch, furnished with rocking chairs—perfect for reading, relaxing, or enjoying a sunset nightcap.

Just off the primary suite, a ship’s ladder leads to the open-air tower, one of the home’s most unique features. With Adirondack bar seating for two, this elevated escape offers beautiful views of Seaside’s rooftops and slight Gulf views, along with unforgettable sunsets. It’s the ideal spot for a quiet evening overlooking town.

Our rental experience provided all the information we needed in advance, during and after checking in/out. Upon arrival we found beach towels and a new cooler bag, fresh mini supplies of laundry detergent, dishwashing soap and dw detergent plus a small bag of custom ground coffee. These touches were awesome. The service provider, added extras, spotlessness, accommodations and access to the village, tennis courts and beach were perfect in every way.

Everything from start to finish was fabulous! Homeowners Collection was attentive, friendly, and easy to work with. Our Place By The Sea was absolutely charming!
