Step inside to discover a beautifully designed living space featuring a sought-after open floor plan. The living room boasts high-end designer furnishings, a plush queen sleeper sofa for additional guests, and a large smart TV perfect for cozy movie nights. The state-of-the-art kitchen is a dream for any chef, complete with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a massive double-door Sub-Zero refrigerator, stone quartz countertops, a six-burner gas stove, farmhouse sink, dishwasher, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Rarely found in a guest cottage, this kitchen is fully equipped for those who love to cook and entertain.

Upstairs, the luxurious king primary suite offers a private retreat with its own spa-like en-suite bathroom, featuring a deep soaking tub and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower with dual rain showerheads. * 3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall; 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.  Please be advised that some exterior areas of this home are under video surveillance.

This cottage was nearly brand new and equipped with a full kitchen and large, spacious master bedroom. Great location and perfect for our three-person family.
