Welcome to Penthouse on the Park, a stunning new renovation located on Ruskin Park in Seaside, Florida. Penthouse on the Park has renovated the entire second floor and is now sleeping up to 13. The second floor has been taken down to the studs and features two new king master bedrooms each with its own private bath, a queen bedroom with a private bath, and a perfect bunk room for the kids sleeping up to five!

Overlooking Ruskin Park is the first king master with its own luxurious private bath and a private balcony with seating overlooking the park perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.  Also on this floor are the second and third bedrooms (one king and one queen), each with its own private bath, custom built-in closets, and luxury Peacock Alley linens. The fourth bedroom is an amazing custom built-in bunk room with one double over double bunk bed, perfect for the kids sleeping four in total. There is a large open rear balcony that runs the length of the condo with lounge seating featuring great town and treetop views.

Use the stairs or the elevator to go to the third floor that features the fifth bedroom another King master suite complete with a recently renovated bathroom with dual vanities, a glass enclosed walk in shower, and a deep soaker tub!  This master is on the 1,600 square foot floor with its own private balcony overlooking Ruskin Park and also hosts the common living areas.

This floor features an open floor plan with combined living, dining, and kitchen with a spiral staircase that accesses the large open-air rooftop floor. The kitchen as has just been renovated with all new stainless steel appliances, new counter tops, and more. All new desinger furnishings throughout; a dining table for eight, adjacent breakfast bar seating at the kitchen center island for three more, and another dining area for four. This fourth-floor rooftop features outdoor seating area, and gorgeous 360-degree panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and the town of Seaside, Florida!

It was great. Place was perfect for our large family. We come every year and actually have been coming to house right next door since it was built! The only thing it really lacked was a few kitchen utensils and there were zero trash cans in any of the 6 bathrooms. A small sweeper vacuum would have also helped keep the floors cleaner from all the sandy feets. ��. I give this property a 9.5 overall. Beautiful home! We will be back. Soon.

This was an amazing property we rented for the week in Seaside. We really loved the attention to detail on the remodel. The home is spacious and clean. The accommodations were comfortable and everything was perfect for our stay. We loved being right on Ruskin Park - so close to the shops and restaurants. Thank you to the homeowners collection for all their help and finding us a wonderful place for our family. We will be back.

This is a very nice property in the heart of Seaside. I highly recommend it for a large group as it was spacious and comfortable. The decor was impressive and everything was clean and tidy. The rooms were good sizes and there was plenty of space for our whole group to feel comfortable and not cramped. We loved everything about this property. We will definitely stay here again for our next big family vacation.
