Welcome to 'Peace' - a pure, elegant beachfront cottage that is brand new to our program. Part of the beachfront “Honeymoon Cottage" series, this romantic retreat is located behind the primary dune along the Gulf of Mexico with the most incredible gulf and sunset views all with a prime location just one block to the Seaside Amphitheater and Central Square. Location, Location! This cottage is beachfront, just 3 houses to the beach access, and one block to downtown Seaside with over 35 shops and restaurants just steps from your door.

This tranquil hideaway can be located right down a dreamy, shaded Seaside, FL footpath, surrounded by thoughtful, coastal architecture and the serene sound of waves crashing onto the beautiful, white shore. Arrive to your private driveway for one and step inside and you are greeted with the sleeping quarters down. There is a queen primary suite with plenty of built-in storage, a flat-screen TV, and your own expansive screened-in porch with a private jacuzzi tub and privacy curtains surrounded by the coastal dunes. A perfect very private escape surrounded by nature. Off the queen primary is a full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Walk up a set of stairs and into a second story and you are surrounded with large windows and stunning gulf views from the comfort of your living room. There is a large wrap-around sectional in the living room with plenty of comfortable seating for all.  There is a large mounted flat-screen TV and a full bath on this level. The true gem of the home is the expansive beachfront open-air porch with incredible gulf views and sunsets! There is bar top seating for two, the perfect evening nightcap location as you watch the sunset over the gulf. An additional hammock for lazy afternoons and seating for two more, so plenty of beachfront outdoor lounge options.  The kitchen is off the living area and offers an efficiency kitchenette, (no oven or dishwasher, under-counter fridge only). There is an adjacent full bath with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Peace offers the perfect place to lounge and relax while enjoying the sights and sounds of the emerald waters, or to mingle over morning coffee with your plus one. * 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer; 3 night minimum Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years old to rent and check in, no one under 21 allowed.

* 1 parking pass for one-bedroom homes. A golf cart is considered a car, and for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

That said, the upstairs porch MUST be repainted. Also, the two porch chairs MUST be replaced with two new MATCHING chairs.. Lastly the hammock should be replaced with a new one... These simple repairs are ESSENTIAL to keep Peace Cottage competitive with other 30-A rentals. Jed K in Atlanta.

We love the Peace cottage right on the beach in Seaside! So happy we decided to stay in Seaside - it was the perfect location and the decor and ambience was magnificent! We loved the accommodations - everything was comfortable and clean. Thank you for a lovely time! We will be back!

We are in love with the Peace Cottage in Seaside! We have been to Seaside many times with different sized groups and this was definitely one of our favorites - it fit us perfectly! We loved the location, the decor, the space and the bed was very comfortable. You can't beat Homeowner's Collection for Seaside rentals - they are so attentive and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back to PEACE!!
