Welcome to ‘Peek a Boo!' This charming addition to Seaside invokes the appeal of age-old comforts, where porches and balconies provide space for conversing with neighbors or winding down after a magical day out on the sand and water.  An outdoor shower leads right off one porch, a convenient transition from the beach to the cozy, sun-drenched interior.

A multitude of windows and soaring ceilings open up to the main living area of the home, complete with comfortable, cozy seating. Meanwhile, a full galley kitchen and breakfast nook provide plenty of space for taking mealtime indoors. A queen-sized bedroom and a second bedroom with a bunk bed (double over double) share a full bath, completing the lower level.

One of the best parts of the cottage, however, is the spectacular second (first-floor) porch, with room for outdoor dining and seating. Opened up by French doors, this tranquil space leads directly to the tree-lined, sandy beach path, with the sand and water just a short distance away.

Meanwhile, the delightful second level opens up to perhaps the most spectacular part of the home, a bedroom loft overlooking the home’s grand entry. This bonus area includes a king-sized bed and half bath, along with a charming Juliet balcony.

Close to the beach, yet tucked away, this charming Seaside home lives up to the promise of a postcard perfect destination, with all of the comforts of a vacation home away from home.  

* 5-night minimum Spring Break and Summer; 3 night minimum in Fall; 2 night minimum in Winter.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.  

* Owner will allow 1 dog, 10 lbs. and under

Our family of 4 absolutely loved our stay. The cottage was adorable and cozy. The location was great. It was perfect for our family of 4. We used the queen bedroom for a pantry and closet storage. It would have been too cramped if there were more guests but worked perfect for 4.

All of the amenities needed for a family of four. Walkable to the beach, downtown Seaside, and the pool. A/C and wifi works great. Comfortable beds, linens, and towels. Large bunk beds convenient for kids.If I'm being critical, I have a few comments. The furniture is large for the space and makes it challenging to get around and find places for all of our stuff for the week. We were able to rearrange some furniture items and return them prior to checkout. The teenagers and 30A cruisers were loud from about dark until the bars closed. Completely out of the homeowners control.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Peek A Boo.

We had a wonderful week-long stay at this house as a family of 4 with two small children. The tv and wifi was not working when we arrived, but someone came out immediately from Homeowners Collection to help us get both up and running. We would love to come back here!
