With four floors of living and entertainment space, the cottage offers a true beach getaway, with all the comforts of home tucked away within one of Florida’s most enviable waterside locations.

The pastel-hued cottage sits just steps away from some of East Seaside’s most popular amenities, with fantastic views of the Gulf from the tower atop the home. It’s here where visitors are sure to understand exactly how the home lives up to its name, with plenty of outdoor space to relish in the water views, high above the surrounding community.

Once inside, the bright and cheery home comes alive with comfortable additions, from the warm, light-filled living area to the dining area and well-appointed kitchen. Finished off with granite countertops, name-brand stainless steel appliances, generous cabinetry and an oversized pantry, the home’s kitchen offers plenty of space to make a large family meal.

The second level of the home invites a sense of peacefulness and tranquility with the primary bedroom suite and accompanying en suite bath, complete with double vanities and a walk-in shower. Meanwhile, a small deck offers space for sipping your morning cup of coffee. Another queen-sized bedroom plus a twin bunkroom and full bath round out the floor. Up on the third floor emerges a larger bedroom filled with dual queen-sized beds and an en suite bath, plus a laundry room.

Finally, a spiral staircase leads on to the most spectacular point of the home. A refinished tower tops off the cottage, providing a covered space for admiring the sensational Gulf views while staying ‘Perfectly Chilled’ in Seaside.  

Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.  5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer | 3-night minimum Fall | 2-night minimum Winter

Such a great house in Seaside! We enjoyed watching sunsets from the rooftop and the home's proximity to the pool, gym, and volleyball court. This home is just a short walk or quick bike ride to all the fun amenities in Seaside. The property was clean and well-maintained, and we had no issues that the property management team could not remedy quickly. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Perfectly Chilled with our family for Fall Break! We had 6 adults / 2 teens and 2 children and the house was perfect size for our group. The half bath on the main level was great so no one had to climb stairs for bathroom breaks during the day time hours. We were located super close to the adult and family pools and that was nice as well. We rented bikes to get around the property and had them delivered to the house which added an extra measure of convenience. We also took advantage of the beach chair set up each day so we didnt have to carry chairs to the beach. Highly recommend!!!
