With a convenient location and plenty of private outdoor living, dining, and entertaining space, the ‘Persimmon’ cottage welcomes visitors with comfort and charm. Just a short walk away from various Seaside amenities, from swimming pools and a playground to tennis courts and a fitness center, the cottage also remains simply a short walk away from the popular town center and from the beach.

Accented by a sweeping front porch for enjoying the outdoors and doing a little people-watching in your spare time, guests of the ‘Persimmon’ cottage also enjoy plentiful outdoor seating and a grill, along with the comfort of two stories of screened-in porches for dining and relaxation.

The first floor of the home includes two queen-sized bedrooms with glass doors opening up to the outside. Each bedroom also includes its own private half bath. Meanwhile, the two rooms share a unique and rustic addition. Between the rooms, guests will uncover a sunken shower bath and another sink.

The upper level of the home, meanwhile, offers a comfortable living room with a flat-screen television, while the open floor plan extends to a dining area built for six with plentiful built-ins and a nearby kitchen. Equipped with stainless steel appliances, the efficiently designed space is just the right size for your vacation needs.

Meanwhile, the second floor continues with the upper-level screened-in porch just off the kitchen. Providing yet more room for outdoor dining, the space presents a real treat for guests. In addition, up on the third floor emerges perhaps the most private section of the home. Here, a queen-sized bedroom offers up its own private balcony for further taking in the amazing Seaside views.

This was a wonderful home away from home during our recent spring break stay! The location was great, the complimentary bikes were appreciated, and the home was comfortable and clean. We had very spotty wifi at the beginning of the visit, but the management company worked diligently to fix the problem. Our only complaint was that there is no bathroom on the 3rd floor. The web description for Persimmon claims that on the third floor a queen sized bedroom offers up another bath plus a private balcony. Very misleading!
