Just a short stroll to the beach, town center, swimming pools, tennis courts, playground, and fitness center, this PET-FRIENDLY retreat offers the ideal blend of convenience and relaxation.

A sweeping front porch invites you to unwind in the breeze and do a little people-watching, while two levels of screened-in porches provide peaceful spots for al fresco dining, lounging, and entertaining. An outdoor grill and ample seating complete the setup for enjoying Seaside’s outdoor lifestyle.

Inside, the first floor features two queen bedrooms, each with private half baths and glass doors that open to the porch. These rooms share a distinctive rustic bath area with a sunken shower and an additional sink nestled between them.

Upstairs, the open-concept living space includes a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining area with seating for six, and a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Just off the kitchen, the second-story screened porch offers another inviting space to dine or relax.

On the third floor, the private primary suite features a king bed and its own balcony—perfect for morning coffee or sunset views over the rooftops of Seaside.

Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.  5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer | 3-night minimum Fall | 2-night minimum Winter

We absolutely loved our stay! The homes eclectic style added a unique charm, and the short walk to the private beach entrance and Seaside town center made exploring effortless. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, the property offered plenty of space inside and out—cozy, comfortable, and beautifully stocked with kitchen amenities. One unforgettable moment was when our small dachshund, Beau, slipped out an open door. The incredible Seaside community, employees, and Homeowners Collection went above and beyond to help us find him, and after two anxious hours, we were reunited. Their kindness truly speaks to the warmth of this area. Well definitely be repeat guests—highly recommend this wonderful home and its amazing surroundings!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Seaside, and Persimmon fit us perfectly. The porch off the kitchen really made it for us - great for first thing in the morning coffee. Strolling around Seaside, going to the market and watching kids play in the bowl, easy access to the beautiful, biking around to Grayson and Alys beach! Helpful staff! We plan to come back!
