Guests enter Poppin’s Place through a private rear entrance, accessed by a sandy footpath and boardwalk that adds to the home’s relaxed beach charm. Just outside, a charcoal grill provides the perfect setup for casual cookouts after a day by the Gulf. Inside, the main level opens to a warm and inviting living space featuring a queen sleeper sofa, ideal for children or extra guests, and a mounted flat-screen TV for evening entertainment. The adjacent full kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, four-burner electric stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker—everything needed for easy meals at home. A cozy bistro table for two sits beside a bookshelf stocked with beach reads, creating a peaceful nook for morning coffee or intimate dinners. A convenient half bath completes the first floor.

Upstairs, the spacious king bedroom suite offers a serene place to unwind after a day in the Seaside sun. The bedroom includes a comfortable sitting area and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combination. For added convenience, the cottage is also equipped with a full-size stacked washer and dryer, making longer stays effortless and comfortable.
