The Reve de Mer: 1 Bedroom Lock-off offers all of the amenities that a solo traveler, couple, or small family needs to enjoy a stunning Seaside vacation. The Reve de Mer cottage is located mere steps from a pool, fitness center, small park, and of course the beautiful beach. Enjoy picnics at the small park, lounge in the Florida sun, and forget about all of the cares in the world as you enjoy a vacationer's paradise.

The home features a spacious screened-in front porch that encourages relaxation at any time of the day. Couples can enjoy a romantic evening with a glass of wine on the porch swing or gently rock back and forth in the comfortable rocking chairs. The comfortable interior of Reve de Mer can be accessed through double glass doors. Upon entering, guests will discover a spacious floor plan that features a newly furnished living room. Enjoy movie nights courtesy of the flat-screen TV / DVD player and high-speed WiFi access.

The well-equipped kitchen offers all of the amenities of a home away from home. You can even take your delicious meals outdoors onto the screened-in back porch. Grill enthusiasts will love to make locally caught seafood and other delicacies on the gas grill before heading out for a night on the town. At the end of the day, the recently re-furnished primary bedroom features the closet and storage space needed to pack almost your entire shoe collection. The room also features a window seat that is perfect for reading a great book or relaxing in the morning with a delicious cup of joe as you wait for your partner to finish getting ready. Guests can also enjoy the twin bedroom and half bathroom found on the first floor. Whether you want to listen to the nearby crashing waves as you relax in the private outdoor shower, play board games, or enjoy all that Seaside has to offer, the Reve de Mer: 1 Bedroom Lock-off has all of the amenities that you need to create a truly memorable vacation.

Just returned from our 3rd stay in Reve de Mer. We already booked it in again for 2025. My wife and I love this rental property. Newly updated, it is very spacious and close to all the things we enjoy in Seaside. The Seaside Tennis club is a 3 minute walk. Heading down to the private beach is a 5 minute walk. Modica Market and many of our favorite restaurants and shops are a 5 minute walk. The rental also includes bicycles we can ride to other shops and restaurants along 30A. We have rented 3 other properties in Seaside on previous vacations, but this is by far our favorite.

From the reservation process to check out, the Homeowners Commection staff were wonderful! The property was perfect in every way! All my expectations were exceeded! I couldnt have asked for a better getaway! I will book Reve de Mer again and hopefully soon!

This was our 10th year in a row to vacation in Seaside. Our rental, Reve de Mer, has become our favorite of the 4 Seaside properties we've stayed. Everything we enjoy is close. Activities such as tennis, cycling, beach, great restaurants, cool shops, are just a few minutes away. We've already booked vacation number 11.
