Traverse across the cottage's spacious screened-in front porch to enjoy sipping on a drink as you sway to and fro in the swing, or push back and forth in the rocking chairs. When you've had your fill of porch gazing, walk through the double glass doors and into a welcoming space.

The living room features an open floor plan with all of the amenities needed to relax during the day or night. The fully equipped kitchen beckons for you to listen to Frank Sinatra while cooking up a feast and making memories with family and friends. The kitchen also provides access to plenty of seating, as well as an outdoor grilling area and a second screened-in porch that is perfect for enjoying breakfast pancakes, midday picnics, or late-night snacks. No matter the time of day, the first-floor primary bedroom offers the privacy and comforts needed to relax after frolicking at the beach. The primary bedroom has plenty of storage space, a private bath, outdoor private shower, a cozy window seat, and flat-screen TV for late-night movies.

Guests can enjoy the twin bedroom and half bathroom that are also located on the first floor. On the second floor, guests will find two bedrooms that offer easy access to a private balcony. The balcony is filled with comfortable lounge chairs that are perfect for stargazing or basking in the Seaside sun. Whether you want to spend your days at the beach and your nights relaxing, Reve de Mer offers all that you need to enjoy a truly unforgettable vacation.

  • 2 parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes are issued. A golf cart is considered a car.  Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

Everything was clean and ready for us upon arrival. House has everything we needed to cook gourmet dinners (highly recommend the filets from Modica with a bottle of Juggernaut Cabernet!) Bedrooms were well designed for couples or families. Loved the beautiful porch swing! Property is close to the beach using the lovely Savannah Street pavilion.

Great location. Just a short walk to the beach. Close to pools, food, and playground. Everything within a short walk. House was immaculate and well equipped. Love love love the front screened porch!
