Everything was clean and ready for us upon arrival. House has everything we needed to cook gourmet dinners (highly recommend the filets from Modica with a bottle of Juggernaut Cabernet!) Bedrooms were well designed for couples or families. Loved the beautiful porch swing! Property is close to the beach using the lovely Savannah Street pavilion.

Great location. Just a short walk to the beach. Close to pools, food, and playground. Everything within a short walk. House was immaculate and well equipped. Love love love the front screened porch!
