A softly lit courtyard with perimeter lighting provides safe evening access, while a private outdoor patio and boardwalk offer inviting spaces to relax outdoors. Guests have exclusive use of an enclosed outdoor shower—perfect after beach days—as well as private laundry facilities conveniently located on-site.

The furnished front porch features elevated Adirondack seating for two and a garden stool, creating an ideal spot for morning coffee or sunset wine. The surrounding yard offers space for children to play while adults unwind nearby. A propane grill is available for casual outdoor meals, and bicycles can be securely stored within the enclosed courtyard, making it easy to explore Seaside on two wheels.

The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, flat-screen Smart TV, and a custom built-in dining nook perfect for enjoying meals together.
