The Rossi House is a true architectural masterpiece and the only home in the United States designed by Aldo Rossi, the renowned Pritzker Prize–winning architect and leading figure of late 20th-century Neo-Rationalism. Located directly on the beachfront in Seaside, Florida, this historic residence was the final home Rossi designed before his passing in 1997. The property holds a unique place in Seaside’s story, having also been owned by founders Robert and Daryl Davis, and was not offered as a vacation rental until 2021.

The wood-paneled kitchen is both elegant and functional, equipped with top-of-the-line Miele and Gaggenau appliances. My family was looking for a relaxing getaway for this summer and we had not been to Seaside before. We wanted the perfect home away from home and we found it with the Rossi House. It was in the perfect location and had everything we needed with everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom. We woke up to sipping the perfect cup of coffee, listening and looking at the ocean each day. We walked and biked almost everywhere unless there was a dinner excursion we wanted to go to not far away. The team at Homeowner's Collection was very organized and attentive. It made planning the trip very easy. It was a memorable week. We will be back!!

Our family of 5 adults and a 3 year old had a wonderful week stay at The Rossi. In our opinion it is the best house on the beachside with views of the beach and a very short walk over the boardwalk to the beautiful beach. The house was spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen and 2 living areas so plenty of room to spread out we wanted We loved the outdoor shower to rinse sand off before coming inside. The house is a short walk to town and a short walk to the pool. We loved our stay and will return to The Rossi!Thank you.

Rossi House is immaculate. The history behind the home is fascinating, the architecture divine, and the entire experience there feels like the Hamptons in its serene vibe. It is both beautiful and zen like but also perfect for teenagers or a large family!

We have been coming to Seaside for over 15 years and have stayed in several homes throughout the years. Rossi is our favorite for several reasons. The home is beautiful, well stocked kitchen with everything you need, great location, and very clean. Beds are comfortable with nice sheets and blankets. Lots of outdoor space to spend time and relax with family. We cant imagine staying anywhere else.
